Using R for Rabbit baby products for about a year and so and I am very happy with it....very comfortable and easy to use and clean. Totally worth buying.

I have been a part of R for Rabbit whatsapp support groups from a few months and I must say it's a saviour for me. I can ask anything, without any fear of judgements and I get answers from professionals as well as from fellow moms. It's such a relief to see we have a village to raise our kids. And the products- I am fan of few products like Car seat, high chair, the sippers and many more. It is my go to brand.

Horrendous customer support. Delivered a tricycle that had torn handles and wouldn't turn on one side without getting stuck. Raised a return request and its been over two weeks of back and forth with the non-existing customer support for the pickup and refund for the product. Choose better if you want to avoid the hassle.

I brought a product worth 3500 it's not working upoun calling them they are like it's not refundable nor returnable waste of money

Best brand for diapers stroller nasal cleaner and everything bestest brand and reasonable brand who looks after everything for infants

R for Rabbit - the amazing baby company is really amazing products for babies .. last one year to right now I am using all products of this company.. diaper is very good, stroller, diaper bag, sipper cup .. nd also baby swings car .. all products are amazing.. nd overall very nice experience with this brand .

Despite lodging a complaint, I haven't received any response from RforRabbit Cycle. It has been a month since I bought the cycle; its handlebar and tire were not fitted correctly.

So far I have good experience with the product. The recent purchase of car seat was good. Had some minor issue which got resolved by the customer care team and we were able to happy that it was addressed immediately. The product and the quality is good so feel happy to have bought it. Overall a happy customer for over a year now.

The smaller, everyday items like feeding bottles and toothbrushes are decent enough. They function as expected and are largely unremarkable. However, any goodwill earned by these basic products is completely obliterated by the shockingly poor quality of their major gear.
The tricycle, in particular, is severely lacking in build quality and durability. It feels cheap, poorly engineered, and entirely unfit for regular use by two-year-old toddlers. For a company marketing to parents, the lack of structural integrity on their larger products is simply unacceptable.
What truly cements my disdain for this brand, however, is their after-sales service. If you expect them to stand behind their products, you will be sorely mistaken. Their approach to warranty claims is entirely unprofessional. The customer support team is remarkably lean, deeply reluctant to assist, and treats valid claims with dismissive indifference. Rather than addressing genuine product failures, they make the process as tedious and unhelpful as possible.
If you need basic consumables, this brand might suffice. But if you are looking for reliable larger products and a company that actually honors its warranties with basic professional courtesy, look absolutely anywhere else.

I have ordered first time poty training pot and received the product with bad quality and marks its not looking fresh product so requested to replace or return the product and I did called customer service agent denied mentioned it is non returnable product and agent hang up the call without providing any solution and after I discarded the product due to hygeine issues as ordered for kid, I received the email from your team that they have arrange return when I discarded the product after informing by your agent that return is not possible as it is non returnable product

Worst customer service agent shouldn't inform without checking with supervisor, I did requested agent to arrange pickup it is totally waste of money and experience

They are doing paid promotion to promote the product I also trusted them but all the reviews are not genuine and the customer service agent are not trained well as they disconnected when the customer is still waiting for assistance

Big no to R for Rabbit

My family ordered a bicycle to gift my one year old for his first birthday. Instead a buggy got delivered. When this issue was raised, I am made to wait until my wrong item return is complete to dispatch my original order as though it's a standard replacement because of customer preference. This is highly unacceptable.

I've been using this brand for years for both my kids. So far my experience with this brand has been exceptional and I recommend this brand to all my friends who have also started using their products and share the experience with me.

The baby products are really good. I have been using the feather diapers and the high chair. The diapers are very comfortable and last long. The high chair is very good quality and sturdy.

I don't want give them single star as well Total unprofessional organization. delayed in order and received tampered product with no return on it. They are playing with babies health how can we trust company who deliver tampered product. And customer support say if product is okay then everything is fine not to worry but how to trust open parcel

I use R for Rabbit diaper and high chair for my baby, it's quality is very good and comfortable. My experience has been excellent.

Since last few months I have been using various baby products from R for Rabbit. The reason I trust on them is their quality standards which gives assurance for every penny you pay. Their app also runs very smooth and caters most of the needs of babies.

It is the worst brand. Very unprofessional customer service. Product is delayed for 3 weeks now with no information on when I will receive it. Not even replying on email. Would not recommend this brand to anyone

My experience was really great Dr Anupriya Bajaj was really sweet and explained my concerns very patiently thanks to this amazing company for doing such an amazing job
