If I could provide NEGATIVE STARS, I would. Completely, utterly, unprofessional. Left my family stranded TWICE. Untrained, unprofessional drivers who lie about their whereabouts, do not communicate with you, do not show up on time or at all. And then are still fighting my credit card dispute with them. I've never dealt with a company more unprofessional than this one - and I've taken Uber and Lyft for years. Never ever ever would consider them for anything else ever again. Awful company, terrible service.

I've used Prestige about half a dozen times now; each time I've had a great experience. The drivers are always courteous and professional, on time if not early, and the cars are clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a ride that doesn't want to take a chance with a 4am Uber. Also worth mentioning- the booking process is simple but thorough.

Pickup late afternoon JFK airport and it went seamlessly. From driver pickup, comfortable ride and headache free dropoff I highly recommend prestige.

The car service from LGA airport to NYC was the easiest and quickest. The vehicle was exactly as ordered, clean, and spacious. The driver Salim was fantastic. Would use again if needed. The booking process was also easy to navigate and the prices are competitive. The driver followed our flight information and was ready for us even though our flight landed almost 45 mins early.

The driver was on time. He helped the Red Cap with my excessive amount of luggage.
He was friendly without being overly talkative.
I will use this service in the future.

I used prestige rose for the first time yesterday, from Newark Airport to NYC. The communication was excellent throughout. Our flight was delayed by three hours, and the staff was diligent in monitoring our flight status, and was outside waiting for us when we were ready to go.

Professional and punctual driver. Clean car and a courteous driver. Exactly what you want when being picked up from a majors international airport.

Clean cars, courteous drivers and on-time pick-ups..

We used this car service to take us into NYC for my husband’s birthday, and they truly helped make the celebration special from start to finish.

From the moment they arrived—perfectly on time—everything was flawless. The vehicle was immaculate, incredibly clean, and very comfortable, providing a smooth and relaxing ride into the city.

What really stood out, though, was the driver. Not only were they highly professional and navigating traffic with ease, but they were also incredibly personable and warm. It completely took the stress out of traveling into Manhattan and let us just focus on enjoying the night.

If you need a reliable, top-tier car service for a special event or just a hassle-free trip, I cannot recommend them enough. We will absolutely be using them again!

I would not recommend this car service. The drivers were fine but we specifically requested an infant car seat for our trip to and from LGA into the city. On the first trip, the driver only had a forward facing car seat for children 3+. The return trip had a rear facing car seat (which I had to check in about several times) but it was broken. There was no way to tighten the straps to secure my son into the seat. Neither driver was aware of how the car seats worked and told me they’d never used them before. Do not book this car service if you are traveling with kids. And keep expectations low if you book with them. They’re not going above and beyond in any way.
