Great except for all the videos

Stephanie was a big help! I called in to order the full set and add the titanium cutting boards, and she honored the infomercial prices. I can rest easy knowing that my husband and 3 kids are not going to eat carcinogens and seeping bacteria in our food anymore. I even added the food warmer and mason jars. I can't wait to throw out my old cookware and let the newware in. I am on a health kick and everyday is a blessing.

Too many videos

Im very excited for my new cookware to arrive. I wish I could afford all of it, but not right now

I just ordered my 12 inch pan with lid so I haven't had a chance to use it yet . However I'm excited to get it. I had a question and the answer came back quickly. So I'm given a 5 star.

I had a problem with the frying pan having some white cloudiness after I washed it I thought maybe I did the directions wrong so I called and they were very helpful and told me to use warm water and vinegar and rub it and it should clear up the problem They even said that sometimes your water will create this problem, which makes perfect sense anyway I’m loving the product so far thank you

Too much talking but a great product

The videos were very informative. Assuming I am happy with what I ordered today, I will be looking for a good deal on additional pieces in the future. I love the idea of cooking safely without any chemicals or tiny fragments being introduced to my food.

The pan and tools appear to be well made and should make the food safer.

I just love my sealer and had to get one for my son-in-law, who is a chef, for his birthday, October.
