Very good and rapid service. Colour of key chain not exactly as picture.
This is the second time we ordered from pens.com and have had no issues with products and logo customization. The pens look exactly as on the website. The colour of the gizmo blue key chain is not exactly the same colour as on the website; it is actually darker than shown. Some concern if order would arrive on time but it did!

Always great service
Always great service. Just wish there wasn't a setup charge every time since I am ordering the same design every time. My other suppliers only charge a one time setup fee. I would order more if it wasn't for that.
