The product is amazing! The product tracking was lacking.

It does smell great 👍🏾 but it doesn’t stand out like I thought it would

First time buyer here, didn't know much at all about Penroseskin, but overall im very happy with product and service. Product smells great, lasting fragrance for many hours, leaves skin feeling great, absorbs well, service was easy so yeah very happy.

The scent of the crème was super mild in don’t last long I’m totally unsatisfied with there product

I got my order yesterday. Smells horrible and nothing like the original it tries to imitate. Got Venture which is supposed to smell like Aventus Creed. It smells like layers of old lady perfume that was sprayed on clothing and has gone stale. Nauseating. Had to wash it off after 5 minutes as I just couldn't stand it.

While we were resolving a courier problem the customer service of Penrose provided by Deanne was outstanding. Professional, focused and solution driven. No hassle, just support.

Dea was extremely helpful and understanding , an absolute professional when it comes to customer assistance !!

If i could give ZERO stars I would. I recieved a damage product, but based on the pictures i sent i couldnt get a replacement item or s refund. Although it states in the refund policy I can. The emails they sent me stated its possible it could have been damaged in transit. So why not send me a replacement. They wont....im suppose to use an open product not knowing if something was put in it. They wouldnt even refund me. I guess there policy doesn't apply to them....DONT ORDER FROM THEM JUST GO TO THE STORE AND GET A PRODUCT do not order from PENROSE

Love the fragrance. Still working with it but I do get compliments. Sharing with the other Old Gent's at church. Still in training with applying it. Would highly recommend.

Was not happy with this product it says how to apply and I have followed the instructions however the scent goes after a few hours does not last all day as advertised. I have found similar products out there but not cream based for better prices that work a lot better. If you just have to a cream to moisturise your skin this works however for the price it’s a very expensive cream.
