De prijsverhogingen zijn echt belachelijk. Spotify is in een jaar tijd echt te vaak en veel omhoog gegaan in prijs. Ik vind dat echt bizar.

Been a customer of Spotify for a while and generally happy with them. Customer service got back to me within a day when I had a question. Support was slow to respond, which dragged the whole thing out. Decent, but there's room to improve.

Gék van de reclames bij de podcasts. En ook moe van al die ongevraagde toevoegingen: beeld bij podcasts, luisterboeken, wachtrij die niet uit te zetten is, nieuwe muziekvoorstellen die nergens op slaan en automatisch afspelen.

Te veel reclame en abonnement is te duur! Je kan bijna niets doen zonder premium!!

Meer behulpzaam zijn en vriendelijke reageren ander half uur tijd kwijt door dat je telkens wordt door gewezen naar een andere collega ik ben er zo klaar mee en nog helpen ze je niet ik raad deze ook zeer zeker af waardeloos bedrijf gatver🤮🤮🤮🤮

I really love to use the app I am regularly using this app from 4 to 5 years there also some offers from premium like
-Ad free
-offline play back
-improved sound quality
-exlusive content and many more
But some some my Dislike about this ad also like
-Cost (not afford by students or non earner)
-Ad on songs
-limited song due to licenceing
-dependence on internet
That much what i see but I really love this app using some profit point is only buy one time premium it will helpfull for everytime not to buy everytime it will also usefull after the
Premium pack expire so that much I feedback for company -

De prijsverhoging van Spotify loopt de spuigaten uit! Al meer dan 10 jaar had ik Spotify Premium via KPN.

Ik heb KPN gesproken en gevraagd mijn abonnement om te zetten naar BASIC … maar dit blijkt niet mogelijk omdat KPN alleen PREMIUM en FAMILY kan aanbieden.

Hoe dan op te lossen? Advies KPN was om PREMIUM abonnement op te zeggen (gedaan) en bij SPOTIFY een BASIC abonnement aan te vragen … dit wordt dus niet aangegeven als optie bij SPOTIFY.

Ik had niet gevraagd om de luisterboeken optie bij SPOTIFY en wil daar ook niet voor betalen.

Leuk dat SPOTIFY de BASIC optie aanbied, maar die kun je dus niet aanvragen…slechte ervaring!

Dit is toch wel een super slechte ontwikkeling!

Het wachten is op de optie om mijn (ex) Premium om te zetten naar Basic met gelijkblijvende prijs van 10,99€/maand … ik vrees het ergste.

I really enjoy using spotify for playing my music
It's very useful if you want to make a playlist and add different songs on it and choose which songs to play
I been using it for years now it seems
I still like using spotify now
My mum and dad use it as well which is very good news

It keeps changing my music i'll click one and it will witch about five times and when I fast forward it keeps playing with no sounds!
