I go to Sweden often and have many Swedish friends who have been encouraging me to learn the language. I tried Duolingo which gave me vocabulary but not very useful for the complexity of conversing in Swedish. So I found Marilingo. I’ve had a couple of lessons now and can already see a big improvement with my grammar and pronunciation. She is very helpful & works with me on real life situations. Something you can’t get from an app. I highly recommend Marilingo!

Totally customized for my needs as someone who has some knowledge of Swedish, but looking to gain fluency. The structure is based on real world applicability while keeping the format engaging. The environment is always encouraging. Schools would do better following Marilingo's lead.

I moved to Sweden four years ago and immediately decided to look for a private Swedish teacher to support my language learning. My goal from the very beginning was to work in my field, Accounting, and I knew that strong Swedish skills would be essential.

My daughters have had Marilingo’s Swedish lessons for 1.5 years. They both have learnt and progressed so much during this time. They started off their lessons together but with a 2 year age gap my eldest has naturally progressed more. Now they have their lessons separately which has made a big difference to both of their levels and abilities to speak and understand Swedish.
