Absolutely awful. I wanted to return an item that came far to late and when it did arrive it was too small. It was question after question, send photo of this and that, It DOESN'T fit what more do you want. PLEASE Do NOT BUY ANYTHING

Price was good, communication with company was good. I am hoping to disprove all negative feedback when I receive my item. Time will tell.

Very poor cheap quality fabric.
Poor fit, but will not accept returns stating they want a picture showing the fit.
Won't refund but offer a different size for a mere £15 (garment itself was only £22)
My fault for buying in a rush as needed something for a funeral. Wouldn't usually buy from this type of site, and certainly won't again.
Lesson learned.

My experience with Odiwe has been extremely disappointing from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering.
First of all, despite the impression given on the website that this is a UK-based business, my order was shipped from China and took around three weeks to arrive. Had I known this in advance, I would not have placed the order.
When the dresses finally arrived, I was immediately disappointed. The sizing and fit were poor. The top half fitted reasonably well, but the lower half was cut very narrowly, making the dresses unsuitable for anyone with wider hips. More importantly, the quality was far below what I expected. The fabrics felt extremely cheap, were entirely polyester, and looked nothing like the garments shown on the website. The material composition is not clearly stated online, which I believe is misleading.
I contacted customer service to arrange a return. All items were unworn and had only been tried on briefly. Rather than providing return instructions, I received a lengthy request asking for photographs, measurements, pictures of size tags, and even photos showing how the garments fit. After years of online shopping, I found this excessive and unreasonable for a straightforward return request.
I explained that the dresses simply did not suit my body shape and that I was unhappy with the quality. I requested return instructions and a return address, but I am still waiting for this information. At this point, customer service has been frustratingly unhelpful and appears more focused on delaying the return process than resolving it.
Another red flag was the customer service telephone number listed on the website. When I tried calling it, I received a message saying the number was not recognised. For a company claiming to offer customer support, having a non-working phone number is extremely concerning and does little to inspire confidence.
There were several other concerning aspects of my experience: Goods are shipped from China despite the website giving the impression of being UK-based.
Delivery took approximately three weeks.
The optional £4.95 shipping insurance appears unnecessary, as orders qualifying for free shipping are already covered, yet this is not made clear during checkout. Product quality is extremely poor for the price charged.
The website does not clearly disclose fabric composition. Customer service makes returning items unnecessarily difficult. The listed customer service phone number does not work.
After researching the company further, I became even more concerned. The website references UK locations and company details that do not appear to match the actual business operating the site. There are also multiple addresses referenced on the website, while products are shipped from China. Customers have reported that the company number displayed on the website belongs to an entirely different dissolved company, and there are significant inconsistencies regarding the business's stated locations and operations.
Other concerns raised include AI-generated product images, misleading promotional countdown timers that continually reset, and payment processing details that appear unrelated to clothing retail. Taken together, these issues raise serious questions about transparency and legitimacy.
Overall, my experience has been that of a business presenting itself as something very different from what customers actually receive. Long delivery times, poor-quality garments, a difficult returns process, a non-functioning customer service number, and misleading information have left me with no confidence in this retailer.
My advice: save your money and shop elsewhere. If you have already ordered and are having difficulties obtaining a refund or return instructions, contact your bank or payment provider as soon as possible to discuss a chargeback or buyer protection claim rather than waiting indefinitely for customer service to respond.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Ordered a dress which I thought would be shipped from the UK, turns out it's from China and will be approx 3 weeks.
Contacted the company to ask when I might receive it as kept getting updates it was being shipped etc. They offered me a 20% discount on the item for the inconvenience. Then retracted it and offered me 15% on my next purchase...there was never going to be one.
Then this morning they have told me they have been able to intercept my order and cancel it if I wish, obviously i want to cancel,let's see how the long the refund takes 🤔

I ordered a linen product and received polyester instead not even close to what was advertised. When I contacted them about it, instead of taking responsibility, they asked ME to pay for return shipping on THEIR error. Completely unacceptable customer service.

If a company can’t even get the basic fabric right, and then tries to make the customer foot the bill for their mistake, that tells you everything about how they operate. Cheap materials, cheap policies, and zero accountability.

Save yourself the hassle there are far better options out there that actually deliver what they promise. Would not recommend and will not be ordering again

This is a scam company. They ship from China. I asked the order to be canceled after reading the reviews and since then they informed me they cancelled it however, no refund processed and every day they send me an email saying the order is in a queue to be dispached. Avoid!!!

I ordered a pair of shorts. They arrived 2 weeks later and were not the shorts shown on the website. They were also cheap, cheesecloth type fabric, not worth the £20 I paid or the £60 pre-sale price advertised.
I contacted customer services to ask how to return them. The website advertises a 30 day money back guarantee. I received a lengthy reply asking me to send a video of the fit and measurements with more details so they could decide how to best respond to my request for a refund.
Haven’t heard back since I sent a picture and asked for my money back - again. The customer services phone number on the website doesn’t exist.
DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You wont be able to send back they make it as difficult as can be with various different customer support replies. CHEAP CHEAP Ordered a dress thought it would be better quality considering it was supposed to be half price, this company does not have a shop in Westfield London, Westfield retailers would not acommodate them. They use various addresses, Total scam.

My goodness I echo every thing that Em said in her review. Dont buy anything from them. The items that eventually arrive are very poor quality. The t shirt I ordered in medium was very very large. I could have fitted in it twice. When emailing for a refund I was asked to send photos and videos of the item and of myself wearing the item! Despite sending 3 photos of the item. I was told that it was the correct size! That was just very silly. Don't buy from this company.

1. The items come from China and take about 3 weeks to show up
2. You don't need to pay the extra 4.95 for the insurance (if your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping insurance is included as part of the service) but they don't tell you this at check out
3. They do not state the material composition online, expect a very cheap material on arrival
4. Customer service is terrible
5. Buy if you want to wait for a long time to receive a below par cheap looking garment

Please don't buy anything from here...it scamms you...I done 100 pound shopping all wasted...I know I won't even get refund from that..

Counterfeit goods, fake UK company details - avoid this scam site

Ordered suits from odiwe.store believing it was a UK retailer — the site advertises a "Westfield London" location. What arrived were cheap, poor-quality counterfeit suits shipped from China, nothing like the photos, with inaccurate sizing. I asked to cancel before dispatch and was ignored.

When I investigated, it got worse:

• The company number on their site (13398344) belongs to a completely different company , a construction firm that was dissolved in January 2025, per Companies House. "Odiwe Limited" does not exist under that number.
• The site claims Westfield London in one place, a Leeds address in another, and a Dubai "warehouse" in a third. Goods actually ship from China.
• The product photos are AI-generated, the image files on their own site are named "Gemini_Generated_Image". The suits pictured don't exist.
• The "offer ends tonight" countdown resets every day, it's fake urgency.
• Payment was processed through Whop under the category "Schools and Educational Services", for a clothing order.

I've requested a refund but i don’t have any hope as it’s a scam business, raised a chargeback with my bank, and reported the site to Action Fraud and Trading Standards. If you've ordered from this site, contact your bank about a chargeback, don't wait for their "customer service".

These trousers hug the waist beautifully and giving a sleek silhouette. The stretch fabric makes them comfortable for long office hours. They look tailored but still allow easy movement which is rare in formal wear.
