Un outil très interessant, à la fois pour des contenus créatifs (campagne) et des assets marketing + simples.
Quelques améliorations à prévoir cependant (gestion de la lumière, fluidité de la plateforme, texture, déplacement dans l'espace). Fort potentiel sur cet outil.

Laurie at OMI has been so incredibly helpful to me thru the learning process with OMI. It's a pretty simple and user friendly platform BUT we all know sometimes things aren't so crystal clear and you need advice and a helping hand. She is so responsive and always happy to help and support us in any way she can. Stellar customer experience and the more I use OMI the MORE I LOVE IT! Puts the power of image creation into the palm of your hand. What's better than that?

I’m disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received.

After my initial meeting, I was told that I would be contacted with further information, but I didn’t receive any update at all. I then had to follow up myself, and it has now been over a week without a clear resolution.

When I eventually received a response, I was told the delay may be because a member of staff is on sick leave and that I should hear back “before the end of the week,” but no exact date or alternative person handling the request was provided.

I completely understand that staff can be unavailable, but customers shouldn’t be left waiting because one person is absent, especially when they were already told they would be contacted after the meeting. I followed up asking whether someone else could assist and whether I could be given a specific timeframe. I then sent another message afterward, which was seen, but I still received no response.

The lack of communication, clear timescales, follow-up, and ownership has been frustrating and, in my experience, unprofessional. I would have expected a much clearer and more proactive approach to customer service.

Never use this company, they are SCAMMERS.

They STOLE £426 from a personal bank account despite me cancelling their services 6 months previously. They are not a trustworthy company, I would never recommend them to anyone as they are entirely dishonest. Avoid this company at all costs.

An absolute time-saver for everything ecommerce!
The platform itself has incredible power and truly endless customisation abilities, if you know nothing about 3D it's also super intuitive.
Creates beautiful professional imagery in unlimited renders and unlimited scenes which is amazing compared to the traditional photoshoot. Adjusting view, lighting, objects makes it easy to dream up some crazy product photo and actually create it in a seamless, sleek and quick manner.
The team is also incredible! Very helpful, kind and patient - they're extremely responsive and they know their craft and are always happy to help and guide you.
Cannot recommend this enough for any ecommerce business ;)

Don’t buy the Omi 2 Dev Kit. It’s not user-friendly at all. The app keeps asking for premium membership again and again even after paying once. It’s very slow and not as helpful as they show in the ads. I only gave it one star because it can take notes — not perfectly, but okay. It also doesn’t recognize other languages properly. Really disappointed with the experience.

As a part of a mid-size beauty business, we understand the impact of engaging high-quality images, but all of this traditionally has come at a very high cost spent on agencies, full-time photographers or videographers, props, lighting, backdrops, studios, locations for unique settings, the sheer time real photoshoots take, etc.... the value of OMI is WORTH IT.

This platform is reliable and quick (especially with all of their pre-made templates, and quick adjustments to different sizes, photo/video formats, etc.) since everything is 3D rendered, it is MUCH more realistic and reliable than trying to utilize the AI platforms out there now (and believe me, we have tried many). It is very easy to create simple animations from an image to make for eye-catching content.

For example, I created the assets for our ENTIRE SPRING CAMPAIGN for organic social content, emails, paid ads, landing pages, and homepage banners IN AN AFTERNOON, which would otherwise require paying a photographer, videographer, studio rental, props, and hours of time to adjust props and lighting for each scene.

They release new themed templates and props constantly, and especially with every season, so your content can stay fresh! WELL WORTH the price.

We've been using Omi for a while now. It's so easy to create photorealistic renders in a few minutes, especially with the premade templates. Before, we had to contact a 3D agency and wait for days for the result.

The team is always happy to help if we encounter an issue or have a question. Great to see they keep updating and improving the 3D studio.

If you want to create high quality imagery for your brand on the daily look no further than Omi. It's ease of use and quick rendering times allow anyone to create stunning product shots on the daily. No need for a fast computer as it does it all in the browser in minutes, couldn't recommend it more!

Nous collaborons avec Omi depuis plus de 4 ans et sommes toujours aussi satisfaits de leurs services, qui ne cessent de s'améliorer. Les rendus sont d'une très bonne qualité une fois que vous avez compris le fonctionnement de l'interface. La prise en main se fait plutôt rapidement et l'équipe d'Omi est toujours disponible et réactive en cas de besoin.

Les équipes sont au top ! Les modélisation aussi ! Je recommande pour vos entreprises. Merci Omi !!!

What I liked the most:
OMI is a very intuitive and user-friendly tool. The 3D rendering quality is impressive, and it allows me to create professional-looking visuals in just a few minutes. It’s a great time-saver for marketing assets, especially for social media and product launches. The drag-and-drop system is smooth, and the templates are a real plus.

What I think could be improved:

I’d love more flexibility when it comes to customizing scenes — especially camera angles, lighting, and backgrounds.

The loading time can be a bit slow on heavier projects.

It would be great to have more advanced texture and reflection options for materials.

Sometimes the color rendering doesn't exactly match my brand references.

My overall experience:
Overall, OMI is a powerful and promising tool that makes 3D content creation accessible and efficient. While there are still a few areas that could be improved, the platform already offers strong value for marketers and content creators. I’m excited to see how the product evolves — it’s clearly built with creativity and usability in mind.

Ultra intuitif, rapide et efficace: je crée des visuels pro en quelques clics, sans être experte. Un outil qui me fait gagner un temps fou et donne un vrai boost à mes projets.

Great for packshots!

This tool is great for easily generating product shots such as pack shots and fun product shots. They are developing and improving the tool monthly so I have high expectation for what the future will bring. If you're looking for more lifestyle shots, the tool might not be a 100% ready yet... But great for all other product shots! Very easy to use and create incredible realistic pictures!!! Even with complex packaging.

I use the OMI platform on a daily basis to create visuals and videos that showcase the products our brand distributes. OMI offers a wide range of options to create innovative and modern content. There are many features that allow us to adjust visuals and videos exactly as we want. The support team is very responsive and quickly answers our questions and meets our needs.

Je suis responsable marketing digital et cet outil nous a réellement simplifié la création de contenu et nous a permis d'avoir de nombreux visuels très qualitatifs. Bonus : c'est moins cher que des shootings.
Il faut bien avoir en tête qu'il faut du temps pour créer les plans de nos "photos" :)

Super outil, qui est très utile si vous avez besoin de beaucoup de contenu visuel et que vous n'avez pas de studio et de photographe en interne.
