We had the pleasure of staying in Paraiso Pueblo 38-2! We received a warm welcome and were shown around the apartment. The spaces were tastefully decorated, and the rooms were clean. Communication through the app before and during the trip was very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. The follow-up after our stay was also enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the company and especially to Joe and Suzanne for making our stay in Spain so wonderful. Although we visited as tourists, this was a working trip for us, and having a comfortable environment in the apartment was absolutely essential.

Joe and Suzanne are incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely responsible. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring everything was perfect for a productive and relaxing stay. The communication was excellent always fast, clear, and very pleasant. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and friendly team!
We truly appreciated the warm atmosphere they created. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to cooperate with them again in the future. Thank you for your amazing hospitality and for making our stay so seamless!

I decided to go with Iberia Living to take care of my apartment in Estepona for short term rentals. They have been polite and professional from the very start. They helped me with every intricate detail and exceeded all my expectations. Lucy and her team clearly have a lot of experience within the industry and it shows! I highly recommend using them.

I actually don’t where to start with this because we are overwhelmed how much Lucy from Iberia living and her Partner Steve have helped us. We bought our first apartment in Estepona off plan a few years ago and we could not have had this wonderful journey without her. Lucy has helped us with all internal and exterior furniture for the whole apartment, Lucy is patient and has a brilliant eye for all things interior, she adapts this to your own taste and comes up with what we now have is a beautiful home in Estepona that can only be described as what dreams are made of, Lucy’s budgeting and pricing is spot on, she has helped with the alarm system liaising to help with language barriers so we understand everything and we have felt completely looked after in every sense, To say we feel lucky to have come across lucy and Steve is a understatement, Steve also carried out all off our snagging issues and is now looking after the maintenance whilst we are in the uk, thank you lucy and Steve for everything you have done for us we are so happy in our new home and can’t wait to build memories here with our family x

We recently appointed IL to design, source & fully furnish our holiday apartment in La Cala. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. In fact, this company go over & above in order to meet clients expectations. Our place was key-ready - right down to the last teaspoon & coat-hanger! Iberia Living manage our apartment in La Duquesa Port, they were highly recommended to us when we purchased the apartment and they have more than lived up to our expectations. Lucy who is a super host took on the job of completely refurbishing our apartment with Steve’s help and what a job they did, I could not recommend them highly enough. Because we don’t live in Spain it is very important to have reliable people looking after our rentals and the apartment, they meet and greet our guests in a lovely manner, the information they provide the guests before arrival is excellent and if our guests need help with anything durning their stay Lucy and Steve are happy yo help. I dont know where to start with this because of the sheer excellence we received from Lucy and steve on our recent trip to marbella. Not only was the villa breathtaking they went above and beyond to cater for our every need. From golf carts to a fridge full of beer and never to late or busy for some advice on where to party. It made the holiday being able to trust the hosts like we did and we are truely grateful for the services provided. You'd be silly not to use iberia for your booking.

Lucy at Iberia Living has been a real life saver after buying our property in San Roque, Lucy took care of more or less everything for us in terms of getting the property ready for rental. Lucy and her team are not only attentive and very professional, but also proactive and comes with suggestions and solutions. I dont know what I would have done without her. Also when renting out our property we are very happy with the tenants and rentals we have gotten so far. I can strongly recommend Lucy and Iberia Living, you will not regret it, but you might regret it if you dont use them.

We had the most fantastic break with my parents in the 3 bed penthouse near Casares. It was truly stunning, so clean, comfortable with everything you needed. The host Lucy was amazing and guided us to the apartment and was on call if we needed her.

We had an issue on the first evening and it was dealt with within the hour and never needed to speak to Lucy again. Fabulous services and a wonderful host.

Beautiful setting, stunning views and can't wait to return, fingers crossed.

Absolutely amazing!! I can honestly say that in all my years in the property market I have never met someone as professional and attentive as Lucy & Steven. They both went way beyond the call of duty, making our apartment buying process much less stressful. Their knowledge in the Spanish property market is extremely valuable and they have given us some great advice along the way which has made our move from the UK that much smoother. To say they have gone above and beyond is an understatement and at every step of the way you are met with enthusiasm and joy. Quite honestly, I don't have enough superlatives to describe the team at Iberia Living. It's been a joy to have met you both and long may it continue.

What an amazing company. Lucy goes the extra mile. Way above and beyond anyone I have ever encountered in the rental/property management space. I would give 12 stars if I could. I live in the USA and I first met Lucy from Iberia Living on an informational video regarding Portugal many months ago. After scheduling private zoom calls with her afterwards, she said she had some condos in my price range on Costa del Sol in Spain.
I was planning a trip to Portugal and added a side trip to Spain and I am SO glad I did! I spent 4 days with Lucy and not only did she show me everything available, we became friends for life! She’s professional, knowledgeable, and gives her honest opinion. Also provided a referral for a lawyer to help with the purchase process. Plus she’s fun 😄.
