Would not even give one star.
Engineer came at wrong time even though it had been booked the day before and confirmed for after 1230. Informed no other appointments until 24/07/2026. Informed I had no availability on that day, told to make the appointment. Received texts from Beko, whirlpool, hot point and Indesit with information that my appointment was booked for the 03/08/2026!!
Contacted the complaints no resolve, compensation for work lost, new engineer date and left with a 10 month unsafe electrical oven that can't be used.
Customer service was unacceptable and not even worth over the 2 hrs wasted trying to actually speak with a person.

Very unhelpful call centre agent.
All information of fridge freezer sent as they requested.
Engineer arrive eight days later without door seal despite all previous info being sent in.
Left telling us it would be a week before part came in.
No further fitting appointment booked, appliance only nine months old.
Very disappointed 😢

Bought a brand new dishwasher which stopped working after ONE day. Called the supplied number for customer service. After 45 minute call and speaking to 5/5 people they finally agreed that the machine is faulty. It was suggested they send an engineer to fix it. At the last minute I was told there may be a £75 charge. I declined this offer and will find a local appliance man. Also contacting Trading Standards regarding what appears to be a useless guarantee. Needless to say will not be buying any more Indesit products

Indesit Push&Go BI WDIL 75125 UK N 7/5 kg Integrated Washer Dryer is the worst piece of $#€t equipment that I've ever encountered!
Once it's loght go on, you can't decide what's wrong with it and once you reset it and drain it, it's still locked and your clothes get stuck inside indefinitely.
No emergency release or anything (just the usual drain it and unplug it for 10min to reset) which obviously didn't work for us.
Plus gor you to find out which model it is, you need to Google the image (Google lens), otherwise I wouldn't be able to find out the model (why there's no marking on it is beyond me), very "user friendly".

This machine has a horrible smell and oil leaking into the drum straight after it had been fitted. The smell was so strong my baby’s eyes became puffy. Please do not buy!

Assistenza clienti praticamente inutile e inesistente, dopo un mese che chiamo tutti i giorni e si passano la colpa di uno con l'altro sono ancora punto e a Capo.
Continuano a dirmi che fanno la segnalazione e mi fanno contattare dal tecnico ma il tecnico non mi richiama mai.
Chiedo la possibilità di contattare direttamente io il tecnico mi passano un numero non valido e il numero di un tecnico che non aggiusta i condizionatori perché non ha la licenza, richiamo l'assistenza spiego questa cosa e mi dicono che è inconcepibile che loro non potrebbero dare il numero dei tecnici e che non è possibile che dopo un mese non mi abbia contattato nessuno che fanno segnalazione e che mi richiamerà qualcuno ma alla fine non chiama mai nessuno, mi è toccato cambiare il condizionatore.
Non acquistava mai più un prodotto Indesit

Pessima esperienza con la lavastoviglie. Dopo un anno esatto dall'acquisto di punto in bianco ha deciso di abbandonarmi, mandando quasi a fuoco l'intero impianto elettrico.
Leggendo le recensioni sull'assistenza e per quello che dovrei sborsare (150€) al tecnico, vado a comprarmene una nuova di pacca, ovviamente non Indesit!!!!

Mon réfrigérateur a 16 mois et il es tombé en panne il y a 1 semaine ( en pleine canicule) et après de nombreuses tentatives pour demander une intervention en urgence il faut attendre 15 jours !!!
Et le technicien commande soi-disant des pièces sans avoir vu la panne. Le frigo est mort, pas de lumière, pas de froid et au service client on nous assure qu’il sera réparé et jamais remplacé donc nous sommes condamnés à garder cet appareil de m****

I have waited 2 weeks for a repair. First wash after the engineer left, the same problem has occurred and now my machine is leaking.
Worse now than before, family of 5 and I cannot wash clothes as I have to wait another week minimum

Compri una lavastoviglie NUOVA di pacca a fine aprile, e da quel momento inizia l’inferno. L’elettrodomestico perde vapore fin dal primo istante. Il 25 aprile parte la prima segnalazione: interviene l’assistenza e nota che la porta è completamente deformata. La cambiano la settimana dopo. Risolto? Nemmeno per sogno! La perdita persiste, identica a prima.
Seconda segnalazione. Si portano via la macchina in officina per "testarla" e me la riconsegnano dopo una settimana giurando che è sistemata. Risultato? Al primo lavaggio la perdita è addirittura peggiorata, roba da matti!
Da lì comincia un vero e proprio sequestro psicologico: una settimana intera di telefonate infinite, con attese fisse di oltre 20 minuti al telefono, chiaramente studiate per sfinirmi e farmi mollare. Un rimbalzo continuo e vergognoso tra Indesit Italia e l’assistenza locale, dove nessuno si prende mezza responsabilità e ognuno scarica la colpa sull'altro con risposte vaghe e ridicole.
L'apice dell'assurdità viene toccato ieri, 28 maggio 2026: i tecnici si presentano a casa senza straccio di preavviso né appuntamento per quella che è ormai la quarta o quinta volta. Avviano la lavastoviglie davanti ai miei occhi e la macchina perde ancora vapore! Gli stessi tecnici rimangono basiti dalla loro stessa incompetenza e se la portano via di nuovo, lasciandomi ancora senza l'elettrodomestico che ho profumatamente pagato.
E la ciliegina sulla torta? Richiamo Indesit Italia furibondo chiedendo la sostituzione immediata di questo pezzo di ferro vecchio. La loro risposta? "Deve richiederla l'assistenza locale". Chiamo l'assistenza locale e mi rispondono: "No, deve autorizzarla Indesit Italia".
Un palleggio continuo, viscido e inaccettabile sulla pelle del consumatore. Ho speso soldi per un prodotto nuovo e mi ritrovo con una casa invasa dal vapore, muri a rischio muffa, settimane perse a fare lavaggi a mano e a rincorrere muri di gomma. Indesit e la sua assistenza sono un binomio da evitare come la peste! Vergognosi!

Poi si lamentano che la concorrenza internazionale si mangia il mercato

I attempted to book a repair online, but found the process unnecessarily difficult. To make matters worse, the engineer failed to attend the first scheduled appointment and incorrectly reported that we were unavailable. I waited in all day, only to receive a misleading message, which was extremely frustrating. I then had to rebook the appointment and wait over a week for another slot.

Never buying an Indesit again! I had a Indesit washing machine for over 14 years which was brilliant, finally had to replace it for a new one and in under a year it’s playing up. Called for a repair under the warranty to be told that I should have never replaced my old machine as the new ones are rubbish. The engineer was rude and didn’t want to listen when i tried to explain what was wrong. I’ve now been billed £75 for the privilege and I still have a broken machine.

One star is one too many ...waited over 3 months for washing machine repair ,this company only wants your money , Absolute disgrace, Go elsewhere!!!!!

Lavatrice con 1 anni di vita improvvisamente non si accende più, viene un tecnico che decide che si tratta della scheda, prima mi dice che la lavatrice si trova in un balcone (chiuso e riparato dalla pioggia) e che per questo non è riconosciuta la garanzia, facendogli notare che è riparata dalla pioggia mi dice che potrebbe essere l’umidità! Non mi ha voluto rilasciare nessuna certificazione di ciò che dice, servizio vergognoso

Less than one star if I can. 15 days to fix a washing machine problem. Shocking experience. Not at all recommended

I bought an Indesit built-in washing machine a year ago. The product came with a 1-year warranty and a 10-year parts warranty. It was working absolutely fine up until the warranty expired in November — and within a month, the machine started making a very loud, strange noise.

Fortunately, I had a insurance. I contacted them, they sent someone out, and they confirmed the drum was faulty. It was replaced at no cost to me through my insurance.

I paid nearly £450 for this machine, and it failed almost immediately after the warranty period ended. I didn't bother contacting Indesit's customer service since it was out of warranty, so I went straight through my insurance instead.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Indesit products to anyone.

I have been using last one month, this is an Indesit washing machine along with the dryer.
When I put the washing along with dryer it takes 5-6 hours. Just smashing all the clothes and clothes not to wear again. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
The machine itself coming up with 3, 6, and 9 hours timer. Who likes to wash their clothes for 3 and 6 hours? Any branded clothes becomes dirty after washing them.
