I already knew that a lot of their equipment is shipped from China, so made allowances for delivery. I bought a pair of light shoes for my holiday, and I'm really happy with them. Nice fit, style and comfort, I take a 10.5 UK, so ordered an 11 which are perfect. Second time ordering from this company and no complaints so far.

A happy camper, order arrived within a few days by royal mail. Decent quality for the price, and the sizing was what you expect for the UK. I would use them again.

I bought a coat a year ago. It took 6 weeks to turn up. Had no reply to emails. Reading current reviews it seems this company has not changed their ways. They just catch the unaware people who do not read reviews. Total bunch of clowns.

Sent package to wrong address. I realised their mistake and redirected it. This instruction was ignored even though it had been confirmed. I spent a great deal of time chasing the parcel, putting their mistake right and then emailing several times only to get nowhere. I told them I was heading here to right a crap review. Sooner this company closes, the better.

I bought a Vortex rainproof coat in my size. On receiving it, it was far too small. I returned it for a full refund stating that it was not the size they stipulated. I received a refund minus the p&p I paid to have it set, but to rub salt into the wounds, they charged me for sending the item back. Not good customer service. I will not be buying anything else from them.

Having posted a review about awful customer service and delivery, my shorts finally arrived.....late. They have no labelling but there is a scan code inside. If you can it, its a Temu item. The shorts I bought for £17 are currently £4.63 on Temu. I suspect Handsome Dans are buying items from Temu and possibly other cheap sites and then re bagging them before sending them. This has to be a scam. Do not buy from these people

Shorts were good quality and sizing was spot on. Delivery was slow approx 3 weeks but all items arrived together. These items are shipped from China so they are going to take time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY UPFRONT, NOT RECEIVE ALL THE GOODS YOU SHOULD HAVE AND FIND IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM NO MATTER HOW MANY EMAILS YOU SEND, NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

Do not buy from this company horrid after sale service

The coat I ordered looked liked it had been screwed up before posting. Despite many email asking for assistance I have not had a reply.
Keep your money in your pocket, you get what you pay for. Will definitely not be shopping there again

Misleading company, provide a Rpoyal Mail Tracking number which when checked simply states Royal Mail are expecting it. Further checks reveal my items stuck in China and will not be received in time for my holiday. Cusomer Service appalling, no answrs to chase up mails. Do not buty from this company

Supposed to be a 48 hours delivery but they forgot to say the week the 48 hours was in as I ordered a couple of weeks ago and still not arrived.
So my advice is stay well away from this company as communication is non existent.

Bit of a wait but worth it, two jackets arrived and they fit perfect, finish is excellent and very stylish.
I'm pleased with both, and for what I paid bargain.

Delivered wrong colour . Purchased pair of shoes a wedk ago , a similar but different shoe arrived . Though not bad shoes , dont expect what you order

Terrible Delivery times. Tried to charge for delivery, even though my order was well over the amount for free delivery. The material the shirts are made from is awful and their sizing is not accurate. I wont buy from them again. They also send out emails asking for feedback reviews but none of the bad reviews show up anywhare.

Don't use this site.
Everything is sent International postage and you won't get them when expected.
My order was listed as 1st class postage and 3 to 5 working days which is a scam.
They offer a return and refund but only when you've received the stuff.

Basically cheap poor quality ill fitting garments, with no details whatsoever inside the clothing. All labels re washing etc, composition removed. Website gives the impression it's a UK based firm, but it's not it's Chinese masquerading as a local service. Sizes much smaller than listed, again indicative of an Asian firm.

No communication. They tell you it's 24 HR royal mail tracked. RUBBISH ... They are based in China. Takes over 7 to 10 days

Avoid. Do not use ever....
