The jeans I ordered are lovely the fit is good and material is good quality.
I then ordered some shorts and while the quality was great they didn't suit me.
I have to agree with previous comments that returns are not easy..but also not impossible either and I made the returns and recieved my money back
For that reason I have only 3 stars also for the time the order took to arrive.
I would order from them again.

I purchased an item from Halara that was too big and after trying it on for 30 seconds I carefully folded it and placed it in the bag it arrived in with the tags attached and followed their return instructions explicitly.
They refused my refund saying it was damaged with sweat marks and wear stains, which was not possible!
I explained that I returned the item exactly how I received it. After many correspondence they asked me to send photos of myself opening the package when it arrived- something no customer would reasonably think to do. Their refusal to honor the advertised return policy and claiming that I wore when I did not left me feeling frustrated and scammed.
This was a $39 item in an order that totaled over $100.
Their customer service is a joke and I resent being called a liar! Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious before ordering

Gave a Trustpilot review over a week ago complaining that the £9 express delivery was worthless. Halara said the express shipping only applied once the item had arrived in the uk which was not explained.
Then Halara replied on Trustpilot that they’d r mailed me to ‘make it right’. No e mail was ever sent. They must have just said this to make them sound like they cared

Ordered 13 August cost £ 430 informed by email package 2 will BE delivered 2 September, tracking package delivered 13 Sept, what happened to the 3-7 day delivery. Due to me commitment on FB they contacted me informing me that one item was pre sale which is problem, all items are from China, mis leading as its Halara UK. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I have ordered from them few years back quality and delivery was excellent, thus vreason i purchased again.

I ordered the linen feel trousers off tik tok shop and the delivery was really quick .
They are a lovely fit and petite length is great - I'm 5ft .
I'm disappointed with the fabric as they have gone really bobbly where my bag was against them and also around the hem .

I have brought direct from Halara and Via TikTok shop. It is easier to return via Tik Tok shop so if you like their products I would suggest buying there rather than directly. I have never had anything poor quality and I love the product range. Yes the sizing can be off style to style but so can 4 pairs of jeans all the same size in the same store on the high street. I have around 8 pairs of different styles of their trousers and love them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered some jeans in crossover and dark blue - jeans arrived not the jeans I ordered, pale blue washout received and non crossover - went on chat and omg terrible, was on for 40 minutes to be told they would need to investigate and come back to me? Honestly DO NOT USE - I’ve gone through PayPal to get a refund.

Very disappointed with Halara. The leggings I received are see-through and do not provide the tummy control/butt-lifting effect advertised. The returns process has been extremely difficult. I paid £26.85, but customer service will only refund £19.95 and expect me to cover return costs. This is a faulty/not-as-described item, not a change of mind. I won’t buy from Halara again and will be sharing my experience. Absolute scam, do not buy from this company.

⭐️ Very disappointing experience

I placed my order on 8 August, and the website indicated a delivery timeframe of 3–7 business days. After waiting for over a week, I contacted customer service and was told that my order was being held because it included a pre-sale item.

I asked for the pre-sale item to be removed so the rest of my order could be shipped. I was told that this would be done and that the remaining items would be shipped within 24–48 hours. However, I continued to receive different information and delivery estimates.

By that point, I explained to customer service that I no longer needed the order because it had arrived much later than I had originally expected. I was told that the package had already been shipped and that I would need to wait for delivery.

I have now received the package and requested a return. I was informed that I may have to pay the return shipping cost.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I spent a significant amount of time contacting customer service and trying to understand what was happening with my order. The communication and handling of the situation did not meet my expectations.

This review reflects my personal experience with this order and customer service. Based on my experience, I would personally be hesitant to order from this website again.

I forlængelse af et opslag på trustpilot vendte Halara tilbage med et svar på min oplevelse (returnering). Enten har de medarbejdere der arbejder om natten eller er det en AI der har besvaret det. De var meget venlige i svaret og skrev at de havde sendt en mail til mig hvor jeg ville få hjælp og hvis ikke jeg havde fået den var den muligvis i spam. Den er bare ikke nogen stederne de har da ikke besvær med at sende tilbud på mail. Lige nu prøver jeg at skrive dette og håber så at (måske) hører jeg fra dem.

Sizing of dress i bought was weird. small on top and very long. The return process is annoying if you don't have a printer. Customer service do not want to know because they want you to keep the item and give you a voucher to buy from them again. i really do not like that type of business. Won't be buying from them again.

The return/refund process is way too onerous. Hard to find info about how to return. Stuck in a loop of doom trying to register an account in order to do the return only to find out the order is not associated with that account and around and around in circles. Then they charge you to return. And you have to print TWO labels to do it, no QR code option. Had to return the item because their website recommended the wrong size. Will not be using them again.

Unethical website design means the site constantly fights with you if you want to return an item for a refund, and makes it as hard as humanly possible. The skirt I ordered is horrible in person and doesn't look like the photo, I don't want to keep it, and that is not an unreasonable request. But I'm made to feel like a terrible human for that and as many barriers as possible are put in my way. This is a deliberate tactic because they want to keep your money, obviously. But it's angered me enough that I've come here to tell other people about it. So I would suggest it needs adjusting, and I don't recommend other people use the site. I also don't believe it's UK-based despite the domain name.

Don’t EVER order from this company they will do everything in there power to not let you return and refund you. It also took over 9 days to deliver my order when I payed an extra £9.90 for faster delivery. They are only concerned about money they do not care for there customers let me tell you the STRESS I have endured just trying to return an order is absolute repulsive and they should be closed down. Keep sending me broken links that don’t even work and the website just says I’m not eligible for a refund. Please listen to me don’t put yourself through it it’s really not worth it. There are plenty other great websites out there like pixie girl, new look, boohoo.com, plt, and a lot more please go elsewhere do not shop here you will regret it.

I've used Halara in the past, but now I want to return one item and it won't let me. I am using the app. It is asked me to read the returns policy, but the whole screen has frozen. I'm very upset. Buyer beware.

Shorted me a dress in an order of 6 items. They have been stringing me along to “investigate”. First I was told 24-48 hours to resolve the issue. At the end of 48 hours I get a message to allow them 3 days to “investigate”. JUST SEND ME WHAT I PAID FOR.
Shipping is unbelievably slow, customer service is horrific and the clothes are not cheap. This was my 2nd order with them and I will never spend another dime with this company. If you choose to make sure you use a credit card that will go to bat for you.

The website is pretty slick and full of detail about the various fabrics, and the ability to ‘tailor’ your choice of trousers for colour, size and length, so I expected something of reasonable quality - big mistake!
Just received my order after waiting almost a month and I am very disappointed. Having taken time to consult all of the above, especially size and leg length charts, what I got is 3 pairs of trousers that are of inconsistent fit and clearly made for giants with giraffe legs! Each of the 3 different materials are really poor quality, and arrived extremely crushed.
Having read the accounts here of the problems trying to return things, I’m not sure I’m prepared to waste my time trying to send them back, and just learn from my (expensive) mistake.
Certainly won’t be buying from them again (despite the multiple daily marketing emails and the discount offers) and will be blocking them on all social media.

These jeans are amazing! Stretchy and comfortable. I'm definitely getting a couple more pairs in a different colour. The most comfortable jeans I've ever owned. Delivery was really fast, they came within a week. Highly recommend.

Big scam when trying to return items the page freezes everytime. Sizing is all over place ordered 2 large tops both said large both different sizes one of them was about a size 20 when guide shows large has 14/16 complicated returns page unavailable or freezes waste of time and money don’t bother.
