I used the product for 3 months and it appears to may be working. But I just can’t afford it so I notified them I was canceling my subscription. They responded immediately and were VERY nice and helpful. I really appreciated their great response. Good Company!! Will use again when I have funds!

Good customer service
The shampoo yellowed my silver after a couple weeks of use. Though the written return policy for the shampoo/conditioner is no refunds, I emailed and asked for a refund and they did quickly refund my purchase.

This is unusual, as there isn’t anything in our shampoo that we would expect to cause yellowing or discoloration. If you’re using any other hair or scalp products containing Vitamin C, it may be worth checking those, as Vitamin C can sometimes cause a yellow or warm tint when it comes into contact with silver, white, or very light hair. We’re glad our Customer Experience team was able to respond quickly and take care of your refund, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

I am hopeful that I will grow new hair resulting in more volume; it appears that I will based on this early review. I held off on buying for months because I was afraid of the product being a scam and then having difficulty to get out of autopay. I'm so glad I took a chance.

I was using your serum since April consistent and had no luck with my thin hair. When I noted it your staff they offered no advice and just canceled my order. It seemed they didn’t care or offer any assistance.

Fantastic customer support
The product did not really work for me but the customer service was fantastic!! I heard back from them immediately, they responded to my request without trying to talk me into staying (which I really appreciate) and I would recommend this product just because of Kilgour’s genuine response of wanting what is best for their customers - thank you!

I was excited to use the Kilgour products but unfortunately Im too sensitive so I had to stop using them early on. Customer service responded right away and was swift with a refund.

The fragrance issue
The fragrance in this product smells amazing … but ended up irritating me, so I cannot use it. The customer service experience was excellent and when I asked for a refund, it was done immediately. Hoping for a fragrance free option soon!

I have been using KilgourMD for 3…
I have been using KilgourMD for 3 months now, starting early June, 2026. I have noticed much less hair in my brushes. As for a strong scent, I don’t think so. As for greasiness as some people claim, again no. The secret is to get it on the scalp and message gently. It will dry completely in a minute it 2. Then you can brush your hair. Also, I have grey/platinum hair. I have not found any discoloration to my hair. Then again, I am not brushing it through as many people may do after the application.
