Not receiving the car and then feeling unheard on top of it is genuinely frustrating — and if a booking wasn't provided, that's something we'd want to review properly.

A couple of points to set out plainly: EconomyBookings is a legitimate, established platform, and emails are answered — but there can be a wait, as cases are worked through in the order they arrive. So a reply not having landed yet means it's in the queue rather than being ignored.

The difficulty from this end is that we're not able to locate your booking under the details available here, which means we can't check what happened or the status of your case directly. Please drop a line to community@bookinggroup.com with your booking number (or the email the booking was made under) and a short account of what happened at the desk. Once the booking is located, the team can review why the car wasn't provided and address the refund — where a confirmed booking genuinely wasn't honoured, that's a clear basis for it.

At collection, any extra charges should be explained by the supplier before you agree to them, so you can check exactly what they cover. It’s sensible to keep an eye on that. A strong car offer and then being told the total insurance wasn’t showing at pickup is exactly the sort of mismatch that would be frustrating. Full Coverage is a reimbursement-based product, so it doesn’t replace any insurance or other requirements the supplier may ask for at the counter. Glad the deal itself looked good, though.

Hello, Enrique,

Not being able to see your reservation details is a nuisance, especially when you just want to check the booking. A reservation normally shows once the confirmation number and email have been issued, so if payment didn’t finish or the booking was made under a different email, it may not appear in your account straight away. If you’d like it checked, do get in touch through the Help Center with the booking number and the email used to book.
