Christina in customer service has been nothing short of brilliant. After having my parcel taken off of my doorstep, an issue regarding the delivery service not Climcat, Christina has been helpful, proactive and always on hand. Christina organised a replacement of the goods in exceptional time, something the company I guess could have argued over, but instead found a resolution very quickly. The replacement goods were delivered by a different company, and I received them yesterday. They are in excellent condition and very high quality. I would say trust the sizing on the website, as we have ordered from different places before and had to go one size bigger as they were a bit tight, these come exactly as stated and we should have ordered the size as per guide. I will not hesitate to promote Climcat and spread the word of their quality of goods and service. Communication was on point, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Myself and the team are looking forward to wearing these for our Thursday night team and for a team event in Blackpool. Thank you Climcat, but mainly thank you Christina, you have saved me a headache explaining to the team!!

Ordered two darts shirts for me and my girlfriend. Her’s the graphic is blurred and pixelated where it looked stretched. Mine the dartboards had the colours the wrong way around where it was obviously just done by AI and not how the product is shown on the website. I received an email saying that they don’t see how this is any different from what they show on their site… they are just a low quality scam site it seems. Don’t waste your money.
