Pague 1€ por el informe el cual finalmente no pude ver, y actualmente me han hecho un cargo por suscripción la cual yo no he aceptado de 29’99€ y el empleado Lucas dice que no pueden hacer nada que solo pueden cancelar mi suscripción para no cobrármelo más pero ese dinero que me han quitado de mi cuenta bancaria no ha sido autorizado.
Si no me dan una solución voy a denunciar ya que no saben la economía de cada persona y la falta que puede ser ese dinero

El pasado viernes 18 de septiembre realicé un pago de 0,50cent por sus servicios, por una única vez. Desde el momento que realicé esa compra, me están llegando cargos mensuales por valor de 29.99€ a la tarjeta donde realicé el primer pago. Estos cargos se están realizando sin previo aviso y autorización, en ningún momento se ponen en contacto conmigo. A mi correo no ha llegado nada. He solicitado la cancelación y la devolución de las mensualidades, quedo a la espera.

Llevo dos días con hoy esperando mi devolución/reembolso, se contactaron conmigo pidiendome los últimos dígitos de la tarjeta bancaria con la que hice la compra, el nombre de la persona a la que esta la tarjeta y la cuenta de Claritycheck que estaba dado de alta, hasta el día de hoy no hay solución, aquí estaré reportando mi situación, hasta qué me den mi reembolso, ya eliminaron mi cuenta, pero tengo capturas de pantalla de mi cuenta y el recibo del banco de donde me descontaron $529.99

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner ninguna me han estafado utilicé una prueba que me costaba un euro y en ningún momento me suscribí a nada y me han pasado 29,99 euros les escribo y me dicen que me cancelan la suscripción pero que no me devuelven el dinero aparte en mi banco he dado la orden de que no me cobren más recibos de esta empresa de estafadores.
Me gustaría saber si hay alguna manera de solicitar la devolución.
