Earlier this year I completed “P*ssy Yoga Immersion” after reading the book, and it has completely transformed my relationship with my body. I feel much more connected to and aware of it, and it has given me a newfound sense of confidence in myself. Each lesson is easy to follow and I liked that you could complete them at your own pace, including shorter and longer videos to fit around the time you have available. Being able to get together every week to discuss our questions and progress with others and with Coco was very helpful, and the bonus content was really valuable. Coco is an amazing educator and I think every woman should either read the book, do the immersion or both!

I am forever grateful for the opportunity to experience Coco Berlin's teaching/guidance/wisdom/kindness. It truly changed the trajectory of my life and my health, all for the better! And it continues ...

If you’re thinking of doing a course with Coco, do it! I never regretted it once. The PY course taught me how to relax and be at home in my own skin. From there I continued on to PY Facilitator and then Bellydance teaching - my progress only grew as I learned more and more! It’s a beautiful community and the exercises are perfect for women. I felt very supported and still do even after all this time.

Pu33y Yoga led by Coco Berlin is knowledgeable of her craft in pelvic floor and belly dancing modalities. Coco's teaching skill are fun, easy to follow, thorough and informative. She has created a wonderful community and always willing to answer all question thoughtful provoking in sights. I'm personally am a Pu33y yga facilitator. This help me tap in my sensuality, restore my foot pattern and knee issues. I love all the programs.

Essence of Bellydance touched me deeply. The technique is truly unique and brought me noticeable relief from my back pain. But the most beautiful part was reconnecting with myself and with my pelvic floor, an experience that reaches far beyond the physical.

Coco is a very special woman, she has a feeling for what is needed for each and every of us, and the fact that she went on her own journey of discovery with herself makes her teachings even more powerful! She is embodying her method, and just being in her presence, live or on the screen, is already changing and inspiring! The immersion and belly dance course are both real gems for woman, it doesn't matter which age or condition you are at, you'll benefit immensely from it!

I completed Coco’s Essence of Bellydance training program in 2021 after having dreamed for a long time of sharing the beautiful art of bellydance with other women. Although I already had several years of dance experience, I felt I was still missing the solid foundation and the right tools to turn my passion into a profession.

I am incredibly grateful that my search led me to Coco. She is an exceptional teacher. With her warm, authentic, and charismatic presence, she created a space where you feel seen, inspired, and encouraged. She truly embodies everything she teaches, and that is what makes her work so special. Through her holistic approach, dance becomes so much more than movement, it becomes a way to connect body and mind.

Everything I learned during her training continues to support me on my journey as a dance instructor. Thanks to her guidance, I have now been able to introduce many women to the healing and empowering qualities of this dance and movement.

Witnessing women rediscover their femininity through dance, reconnect with their bodies, and grow in confidence is still one of the most fulfilling parts of my work. This training laid the foundation that allows me to share this gift with others.

Expert teaching - Coco's depth of knowledge is generously shared. The practices are gentle, powerful, profound. Highly recommended.

Coco is an amazing instructor and helped me with all the basics of the belly dance moves. The approach was very structured and easy to follow! I am still enjoying each of my lessons with her and it brings me confidence to move forward with my further choreography.

Mit der Essence Of Bellydance Weiterbildung lernt frau nicht nur Bauchtanz-Bewegungen! Praxis & Theorie, Rhythmus & Musikanalyse, bewusste Körperarbeit, Meditation und Pelvic Floor Integration™ sind ein kleiner Ausschnitt aus dem vielfältigen Programm.

Ebenso wird man gleichzeitig Teil einer Community, in der man sich austauschen, weiterbilden und connecten kann (englisch). Die Betreuung im internen Bereich ist super!

Für Essence-Teacher gibt es einmal jährlich Online-Treffen um weiter „dran“ zu bleiben.
Mit Pussy Yoga taucht man noch tiefer ein in den Beckenboden. Und wer dieses Wissen weitergeben möchte, kann „Facilitator/Practitioner“ werden.

Es ist wie eine gemeinsame Reise auf dem Essence-Schiff – man ist nicht allein!
Und Coco ist eine Kapitänin, die spürbar mit ihrer Crew und allen Mitgliedern in Kontakt ist.
