No Class
The service is an absolute joke. Was stuck on a train in Penn Station for 2 hours once we left the station and cell service was restored I text the company explaining the delay. Then I called the driver who said nothing other than that he would notify the company. Then I got a call from dispatch saying that they were putting me down as a no show, canceling the ride & charging me. No concern or offer to even attempt to find me another driver. Class act LUXY! Never again.
