Unreliable Service for Special Occasions
Absolutely unacceptable service. I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday, and they failed to deliver them on the date promised. No apology, no communication, and no accountability.
People order flowers for special occasions because timing matters. Missing the delivery date means you failed at the one thing you were hired to do. If you can’t be trusted to deliver on someone’s birthday, what can you be trusted with? I won’t be using this service again.

Thank you for letting us know about the delivery issue. That's definitely not the experience we want for you! In such situations, the sender can open a dispute within 3 days of receiving it to get a refund. This can be done by selecting the "Open Dispute" button after leaving a one-star rating for the order.
