Item was 'out for delivery' for three days before it arrived.

For quite some time, EVRi was reliable but now many deliveries get delayed without any reason given other than "sorry we couldn't deliver your parcel today". It is frustrating and as a result I no longer use EVRi for my own parcels.

Yet another parcel not delivered claiming nobody was in to receive it. Not only were three people in the house but also DPD confirmed that they would leave the parcel at the front door should nobody be in. Clearly, the driver AGAIN decided to skip the trip to our address.

Recently more often than not, I receive a message saying 'sorry we missed you', even though I was home. Driver just doesn't turn up. Dpd has become very unreliable.

Great range of products and fantastic customer service. Had a tiny issue with a delivery and this was resolved very quickly and generously after contacting them. Can highly recommend healf. And will definitely order from them again.

Non-existent customer service. Order not received and they are not replying to emails. Do not order from this company.

I was a bit sceptical at first as I I LOVE coffee but London Nootropics coffee is excellent. Tastes amazing and is firmly part of my routine now.

Great when it works but it useless when it doesn't. Had two parcels with labels but scanner broken. Barcode cannot be entered as it contains characters that are not on the keyboard. Helpline some useless AI assistant who didn't understand the issue. Had to drive miles to drop parcel off with an actual person. Will not use again.

Absolute scam. Do not buy from this company. The camera is basically a plastic case. I have repeatedly asked them for the address of their legal representation but they failed to deliver. I have now referred this to the fraud department of my credit card company.
