Bought a wireless charger to plug into the phone. Adapter to connect the phone has fallen apart. seems no way to contact them support page does not allow you to type anything

Very helpful on the chat line and WhatsApp. A bit slow for the overall experience but they did deliver a better quote than I was able to secure elsewhere.
