Ordered online, communication excellent. Delivery arrived on the day. The only downside was that DPD gave me a delivery window from 7am to 10pm. It would have been nicer to have a smaller window, or updates during the day as to rough idea of time for delivery.

Very easy to take my tariff with me when I moved. Almost instant refund of overpayment on old property. Easy to arrange everything on the app as well as booking smart meter fitting. I have shopped around for other tariffs to see if I'm on a good deal and the standard variable I'm am about to move to is the best at the moment.

Great service by this company, communication very good too. When the Moto G arrived, I opened the box and found Spanish instruction book, which worried me a little. But once fully charged, the phone took you through all setting up procedure. I have had a dual sim Moto G for over a year and had been looking for something as an upgrade, but decided to go for another Moto G dual sim, this time in white, as I couldn't find another phone that matched up to this one. So I now have a standby, just in case anything happens to the old one. Dual sim is ideal for me, I didn't want to carry two phones around. Just a shame that they are not more readily available in the UK yet.
