Gennem årene har jeg både formelt og uformelt været mentor og sparringspartner for personer tidligt i deres karriere, og det er en rolle, jeg har været rigtig glad for. Det har især handlet om karrierevalg, den første eller næste rolle, positionering, ambitioner og om at finde en retning, der både giver faglig mening og udviklingsmuligheder. Jeg er uddannet psykolog og har siden opbygget min karriere inden for HR, ledelse og forretning. Det giver mig et perspektiv, jeg gerne vil dele lidt mere bevidst. Derfor åbner jeg nu op for et mindre antal samtaler med dig, som: - er nyuddannet inden for HR eller psykologi - har en tydelig interesse for organisationer, organisationsudvikling og HR - er tidligt i din karriere og gerne vil have sparring på dit næste skridt Jeg har ikke mulighed for at tage mange ind, så jeg vil prioritere de henvendelser, hvor jeg vurderer, at min erfaring bedst kan bidrage. Numbers alone never tell the full story - behind these strong numbers are the dedication, collaboration and commitment of my colleagues across the entire organisation. EET GroupPernilla Aadal Lund شارك ذلكEET Group delivered strong growth in 2025 with revenue reaching an all-time high of €734M (+12%) and EBITDA increasing to €52M (+16%), showing that investments in our shared platform are paying off. The year was driven by strong execution across local markets, continued investments in scale and strategic acquisitions, and further expansion of EET’s portfolio of exclusive brands which delivered higher growth than the rest of the business. Søren Drewsen, CEO of EET Group, says: “What makes EET special is our ability to combine strong local entrepreneurship with the scale of a shared international platform. Our teams stay close to customers and vendor partners while benefiting from shared data, procurement, logistics, and operational capabilities across 24 markets.” Today, the EET platform connects 1.500+ vendors with 33.000+ customers through one shared data backbone, supply chain and operating model. CBK is a well-established Norwegian distributor serving more than 2,300 active customers across Norway and Sweden, with a broad portfolio combining well-known EET brands with exclusive names such as Stoltzen and LinkIT, which we look forward to developing further. Søren Drewsen, CEO of EET Group, comments: "CBK is exactly the kind of acquisition we look for. They have built a healthy, well-run business with a highly skilled team, a loyal customer base and impressive private label capabilities. This year, we are donating DKK 150,000 (approx. €20,000) to Skyggebørn, who do a fantastic and important work supporting children and young people living with grief. Skyggebørn creates safe communities where children can share their thoughts and feelings with others in the same situation. Every fourth child or young person in Denmark experiences the death or life-threatening illness of someone close before the age of 25 - and support is far from guaranteed. We are proud to stand together at EET and give children and young people a place where grief can be shared and hope can flourish. Nobel at one of the many loading ports. Exceptional teamwork by 1000 people being involved during the five days. #YouMakeMeProud

John og vores kolleger udviklede farven sammen, så den fik præcis det udtryk, han ønskede. Farven er siden brugt i mange værker og i mange år, og i dag kan man også finde den i vores butikker under navnet Kørner-gul. Det gør mig stolt, når vores faglighed kan være med til at føre en kunstners vision ud i livet. Stor tak til de kolleger, der har arbejdet med farven gennem årene - og til John for samarbejdet 💛

Together with an incredible internal and external team, led by CEO Lars Eriksen, we set out to renew and reposition Poggenpohl — the internationally acclaimed German brand with more than 130 years of design heritage — through the new cross-category Mollis Collection. I can’t wait to share more of the collection, from the products themselves to the new showroom interior concepts and everything else involved. A huge thank you to Poggenpohl for the trust and for the invitation to be part of this journey. CBK er nå blitt en del av EET, og som følge av oppkjøpet avslutter jeg min rolle i selskapet. Jeg ser tilbake på årene i CBK med stor takknemlighet – for tilliten, utfordringene, utviklingen og ikke minst alle de dyktige menneskene jeg har fått jobbe sammen med. Vi har hatt det utrolig gøy sammen. Det har vært en utfordrende og spennende reise, og jeg er stolt av det vi har fått til sammen. Jeg tar med meg verdifulle erfaringer og mange gode relasjoner videre. Nå ser jeg frem til neste kapittel og er åpen for nye muligheter og spennende utfordringer. Jeg ønsker å fortsette å bidra med min erfaring innen økonomi, ledelse, strategi og forretningsutvikling, gjerne i en rolle hvor jeg kan skape verdi og være med på å utvikle virksomheten videre. Vedle pracovního programu jsme si udělali čas i na společný den plný poznávání finské historie a kultury. Byla to skvělá příležitost na chvíli vystoupit z jednacích místností, dozvědět se něco nového, a především strávit čas společně i trochu jinak než při běžné práci.
