Another integration completed. Another step forward for the EET platform. CBK Group is now fully integrated into EET Norge🤝🎉   In April, we announced the acquisition of CBK. Since then, colleagues across EET and CBK have worked closely together to prepare for this moment. This weekend marked the final, intensive push to get every detail in place – and today, we are ready to move forward as one team and serve all customers through EET Norway.   For EET, acquisitions are an important part of how we grow. We bring strong local businesses into one shared European platform – combining their customer relationships and expertise with EET’s broader portfolio, infrastructure and capabilities.   That takes experience, which is why integration is a capability we have built over many years. A little rain was never going to stop us. 🌧️ Team EET showed up for DHL Stafetten – the annual Danish relay race that brings companies and colleagues together for an evening of running, walking and team spirit. And despite the very Danish weather, we gave it everything. Bronze may sound modest. The progress behind it isn’t. 🥉   In just one year, EET Group has improved our EcoVadis score by 9 points, moving from Committed status to a Bronze Medal with a score of 68/100.   It’s a milestone we’re proud of – and, more importantly, a sign that the work happening across the Group and our business is moving us in the right direction. Over the past year, we have continued to strengthen our ESG policies and processes, sustainable procurement, HR initiatives and the way we operate our distribution centres.   EcoVadis assesses companies across four key areas: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. For us, the assessment is not just about the medal. 25 years in Poland 🎉 On Friday, we celebrated a special milestone as our Polish business, EET Polska Sp. z o.o., led by Rafal Siess, MBA, marked its 25th anniversary. Over the past 25 years, the company has built a strong position in the market, developed lasting partnerships, and grown into a valued part of EET Group. Today, our Polish team consists of nearly 40 colleagues. Around half are dedicated to serving customers and partners in the Polish market, while the other half play important specialist and support roles that help drive success across EET Group's operations throughout Europe. To mark the occasion, colleagues from Group joined the celebrations together with the team in Poland to recognise the people and achievements behind this important milestone. As we head into the weekend, we're still smiling from the last one 🐎🥂 Last Saturday, more than 100 colleagues came together for a day at the historic Klampenborg Gallop Track. Good food, great company, and more than a few strong opinions on which horse to back. The summer party is just one of many events organised by our incredibly active employee association throughout the year, from cosy get-togethers to larger celebrations. Building B2B e-commerce at scale just earned us Silver at the prestigious Danish E-commerce Awards by Dansk Erhverv - Digital Handel 🎉 Yesterday evening, our Digital Sales team attended the award ceremony – and returned home with a recognition we are incredibly proud of. Together with Vertica, we have spent years developing a pan-European e-commerce platform built to support a highly complex B2B business with broad assortments, multiple markets, and customers with high expectations. What we have created is far more than just a sales channel. It is a practical business tool designed to support growth, efficiency, and a strong customer experience across markets. One of the strengths highlighted by the judges was the platform’s scalability. With more than 55 years of history, deep market expertise and 1,400 active customers across Italy, HESA has built a strong and respected position in the market and is a perfect fit for EET Group’s continued growth within Security & Surveillance. HESA will continue to operate under its own name and become the dedicated home for EET’s Security & Surveillance business in Italy – combining strong local expertise with the scale of EET Group’s pan-European platform. EET Group delivered strong growth in 2025 with revenue reaching an all-time high of €734M (+12%) and EBITDA increasing to €52M (+16%), showing that investments in our shared platform are paying off.   The year was driven by strong execution across local markets, continued investments in scale and strategic acquisitions, and further expansion of EET’s portfolio of exclusive brands which delivered higher growth than the rest of the business.   Søren Drewsen, CEO of EET Group, says: “What makes EET special is our ability to combine strong local entrepreneurship with the scale of a shared international platform.
