worst support ever
I booked through them, they didn't process correctly my name due to special characters and renting company didn't want to give me the car I payed for. There support is a joke, I lost 25 minutes to let me know that they can't do anything. Based in Florida so I needed to pay extra for the call. they didn't even give me back my money and took 25% fee. worst experience ever.

We do have customer service channels to contact us with any issues and we are wondering if you tried to reach out to us to change the name on your booking. Nonetheless, your rental was cancelled as a courtesy to you, and we have refunded the $75 cancel fee.
