The representative did his job but that was it
The representative was professional and did exactly what I asked. I was surprised he did not offer an alternative to keep my continued business. I found it interesting that he had to close my email account.

It a pleasure to talk to the representative & they readily help resolve all questions & requests. They are kind & patient & sincere in accomplishing what you need.
