Great Support Experience!
The support staff was knowledgeable, professional, patient and listened carefully to my desired outcome in sizing my plan to meet my cost and features goal. The recommended options and walked me through the steps to make it happen. The platform was intuitive and easy to make adjustments.
It is great to have different tiers of plans for different customer needs, to me the desired outcomes

Suspended email account
They suspended our business mail account because of supposed phishing activity. Yet did not notify me via any of the other contact information we have. So after spending a ridicuous amount of time getting it back on track they told us that all the emails we were sent cannot be retrieved and it's just tough luck that any judges or other court related emails we were sent went into limbo and the court or our clients will just be left to wonder why we never responded.

SPOKE WITH CHANDU, customer service officer and he was very helpful in helping my request to downgrade my plan as I told him that after COVID-19, our business tumbled and have yet to recover until today. He resolved our renewal and downgrade as we were contemplating to cease TURBIFY service. He also coach us to use CPANEL on amendments or changes to the current website. This guy is SUPER.

I lost all my emails for a whole day on 8/25 and I asked them to recover them and they didn't do that. If I could to give zero Stars I would do that.

Disappointed with Unclear and Unexplainable Invoices that you just have to pay or choose to terminate the service
First of all, I didn't sign up with Turbify. It was Yahoo! Small Business which we have the hosting service with since 2003. Unfortunately, Yahoo! Small Business is currently Turbify. The main horror is the billing issue. Every year, subscription rate rose from $153 (Advance Plan) to $213 (downgrade to Basic Plan) in 2023 (38.7%), to $266 in 2024, to $328 in 2025 and now $384 in 2026 and these rates are already the downgraded plan to basic plan.
Have been paying such rate until very recently that I found out that the high price is due to "legacy plan" and should have changed to the price plans that Turbify is offering. However, I had some queries on the invoice amount over the plan change. Contacted the customer service via chat support (i'm no located in the US; there's no tollfree number for non-US customers), and it had been frustrating as non of the 5 different customer service was able to enlighten my query on the billing item :(.
I have asked the same question to all the different support staff but they could only provide information which I can see on the invoice and not being able to explain. One would think they could try to escalate and find out the detail from someone more experience but no.... they will repeat the same answer to you over and over and apologize... and that will just add on to your frustration :(
Bottomline is, post-sale support is very important. Unfortunately, sometimes it's difficult for consumers to find out more. So do look around for reviews on the company's POST-SALE support. They are always very attractive to WIN SALE but once you're on board, that's when you will get stuck if the support is poor.
