Its Sad & worrying for the successful traders like me who work so hard to meet their targets and once we do then prop firm comes up with excuses to block our payout.

Out of all the firms I did not expect this from a reputable firm like tradeify. I met my target for payout and the same day they claim that there has been a chargeback which I verified from my bank and after a long fight with my bank because I paid for a 100k instant account myself and find out there was never a charge back.

Guys be careful before you purchase a challenge with any prop firm these days.

I will never buy a challenge with any prop firm again and will recommend everyone to trade there own funds instead.

Logged into my Google account and it auto-filled the wrong Gmail — and I ended up buying a Tradeify evaluation on it before I even noticed. Caught it 20 minutes later, opened a support ticket straight away, and at that point I hadn't been given login details, hadn't started an evaluation, hadn't touched a single trade. There was nothing to trade with. It was my first tradeify account.

I asked support for two things: merge/restrict the duplicate account, and transfer the eval I'd already paid for over to my real, verified one. They did exactly one of those. KYC approved account kept, the duplicate got restricted, ticket marked handled — and the $99 evaluation I'd already paid for just vanished. Convenient that the half of my request that tidied up their records got done, and the half that would've cost them money didn't.

I get why the one-account rule exists — stopping people from gaming resets or hedging across accounts is fair game. But that's not what happened here. I self-reported an honest mix-up before anything had even started, and they used the same rule meant for rule-breakers to hang onto a fee for a product they never actually gave me. That's not risk management, that's just keeping money you didn't earn.

Got a copy-paste "all sales are final" when I pushed back. If you can't tell the difference between someone gaming your system and someone who fat-fingered a login, maybe don't call yourselves a trader-first prop firm.

My experience so far been great! They have customer service to answer my questions when needed. And the payout process was flawless. Get the cash very fast.

I strongly regret spending my time and money with Tradeify.

I purchased 7 evaluation accounts from this platform, and I spent nearly 2 months working on my latest account before finally passing the evaluation.

After all that time, effort, and money, I was suddenly hit with a KYC rejection.

What makes this even worse is that Tradeify did not provide me with a clear or specific explanation for why my KYC was rejected. I contacted support to ask for clarification, but instead of properly addressing my concerns, my ticket was simply closed without a meaningful explanation or resolution.

How is a customer supposed to trust a platform when they can spend months working toward passing an evaluation, only to have the account effectively taken away at the KYC stage without being told exactly what they supposedly did wrong?

I paid for 7 evaluations. I spent countless hours trading and finally passed one after approximately two months of effort. Then, instead of receiving a transparent explanation and a fair opportunity to resolve the issue, I was simply rejected and dismissed by support.

This is not what I expected from a professional trading firm.

My biggest problem isn't even the KYC requirement itself. It's the lack of transparency, the lack of a specific explanation, and the way customer support handled my case.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Tradeify. If you are considering purchasing an evaluation, think very carefully before putting your money and significant amounts of your time into this platform.

Tradeify: I am still asking for one simple thing — a clear, specific explanation of why my KYC was rejected and what exactly I supposedly violated.

Tradeify's official response is an absolute lie. I have clear screenshot evidence (copy this link and remove spaces: drive . google . com / drive / folders / 1ZBDY1p5gY7yDLLUuU8gjSI8Voiay7UfI), including the payment records for the accounts I purchased, the trading logs for every single account, and their dismissive replies to my support tickets. I submitted 3 consecutive tickets, and the wait time for each reply was several days, getting longer every single time. The final reply took over a week. Yet, every single response contained absolutely zero specific information—it was nothing but dismissive nonsense.

Customer service is great, one time accidentally bought the wrong account for tradovate and was quickly addressed and fixed. I always avocate for this prop firm. Dashboard is clean and well designed which is nice.

Although, the journal and trade logs still don’t work. It’s been 3 months and it’s not fixed. Disappointed that I have to use a 3rd party site for this. Devs need to get their shit together and fix this up. It’s completely unacceptable. The information is delayed from the broker to Tradiefy. So much so that I just reference the brokers information. Again, unacceptable.

I absolutely adore the AI, can ask any question and not have to read the complicated FAQ’s and knowledge base that makes my head spin. So they cancel each other out.

I’ll always advocate for futures trading with Tradeify. The crypto side is utter garbage and the site looks AI made with no human input or quality control. Seems hastily made.

At its core, it does the job, could be better. Pretty sneaky to ask for reviews after someone requests a payout.

I bought 8 Tradeify accounts totaling $600K — 5×$50K, 2×$100K and 1×$150K — and successfully passed two $100K evaluations.

My problems with Tradeify have been repeated, not a one-time incident.

My first $100K funded account experienced serious chart/price/P&L issues. I recorded the problem and sent Tradeify the evidence. Tradeify gave me a $150K evaluation as a goodwill gesture. Similar problems happened again.

I later passed another $100K. During trading, the close button stopped responding when I tried to exit a losing position. I recorded and reported that too. I was given another $150K account. While demonstrating the issue to Tradeify staff, the account actually blew during the conversation.

Then I bought five $50K accounts specifically for Group Trading. Group Trading wasn't working properly from the beginning, forcing me to manually trade across the five accounts.

On September 2, I attempted to close a Gold position around my predetermined loss. The interface did not respond. The positions stayed open and all five accounts eventually breached.

Tradeify's answer: there was no closing order in the logs, so the breaches are valid.

But that's exactly the issue I'm reporting — if the interface fails to register the action, there may be no backend order.

Management refused replacement accounts, compensation or complimentary resets and told me to pay for resets.

Pankaj also characterized my previous accommodations as being given “without any technical evidence”, despite the recordings and evidence I had previously submitted.

Now my support tickets are being marked “Resolved” even when I explicitly say I still need help, and Tradeify has stopped meaningfully responding to my escalation.

I've spent significant money with this company. I wasn't asking for charity — I wanted the technical issues properly investigated.

Repeated platform problems + five breached accounts + no meaningful resolution + closed support tickets = completely lost trust in Tradeify.

Think twice before putting serious money into multiple accounts with them.

There are plenty of prop firms out there, but Tradeify has built a level of trust that makes me comfortable trading with them. The overall experience has been smooth, and I genuinely appreciate the effort they put into supporting traders.

The choice & fair pricing of accounts, the leadership in prop firm innovation, the educational and entertaining streaming, the attentive customer service, the automated accounts management, the prompt payouts (I received my first ever payout from any firm literally within 1 hour yesterday),.... There is nothing not to like with Tradeify! Thank you for building such tremendous trust!

Well the trading was great. I had 25k select account. Profit target was $1500 with 40% consistency means three days pass, It took me three trades to pass the evaluation 100 win rate...

But right now I've got stuck on ID verification due to old id photo.

And I'm trying to contact to tradeify support cause I'm not able to start my verification again through sumsub.

But I've got no reply from tradeify yet, hope this problem solves soon and I can finally be funded with them...

Never received a real response from anyone, never received payout option, really bad firm

They banned the country.

Be careful because became like one more that doesn't want to pay with absurd excuses.
