I have been so pleased with my experience with Rovina!
I started a subscription for Astaxanthin and got behind taking them. I contacted the company to cancel my subscription until I could ‘catch up’ on using the product. I was nervous because many companies will not cancel subscriptions easily. Not the case with this company!
Angelie, in customer service, promptly responded to my need to cancel the recurring orders. She communicated with me, was kind, and quickly met my need! Exceptional service she gave me in communicating, responding to my need and quickly fulfilling my request!
This customer service has been far above other companies that will not make it easy for you to cancel subscriptions!

When we ordered
When we ordered , we were led to believe we needed to take 1 pill / day. In actuality it is 4/ day and the product we not last long. But, we have been taking them a few days now and don't know the results as of yet. We are optimistic that it will be a great experience.

I am very disappointed with this company. They auto charged my credit card with the monthly subscription which I never agreed to and sent me three packs to f the products. I caught early enough but the customer service never replied when I addressed my concern. Scammers!!!
