Does the product actually work???
No one has posted on here whether their product actually works or not. All the reviews that I see are about Customer Service and not about the quality of the product and the results. Also, they advertise one free bag and the math doesn't add up when checking out. NO ONE IS GETTING A FREE BAG!! Just to clear that up folks!! It's called deceptive advertisement! Beware of this company especially since no one actually states that the product actually does what it is supposed to do! I hope that this helps!

This order was supposed to be CANCELED with my money refunded. I recieved a refund cancelation from JUSTIN on Sept 4th via email.
I now have TWO charges on my Master Card for $89.99!!!
I've sent two emails leading up to today in which I relayed that information to you and yet you seem like nothing has happened and I'm still getting charged!
PLEASE correct this mess ASAP! I'm disabled with an inoperable brain tumor which causes Cluster Migraines when stressed. I'm beyond stressed and my head is throbbing to the extreme! I have thoroughly checked your account and can confirm that your subscription is fully canceled. There was only one charge of $89.99 on your account, and the refund was issued on September 4th. Depending on your bank or MasterCard issuer, it can sometimes take a few business days for refunded amounts to post officially to your statement.
Regarding the products delivered, please keep them as a gift with our compliments—there is no need to worry about returning anything to us.
We truly appreciate your patience, and we hope this brings you some peace of mind so you can focus on resting.
This product is useless and not worth the money
This product is absolutely useless I used it for a specific purpose not just oxidative stress I tried to get a full refund yet they kept trying to offer percentages off instead of just giving me the full refund outright and they say if you're not happy within 90 days and I wasn't happy with the product yet they kept pushing to refuse to give me the refund then they told me that I'm going to have to ship the product back to them which means paying more money just to get a full refund they are not worth the money I paid in the package is very small if I were you I would not buy this product because they don't stand by their promises or guarantees I will never buy this product ever again plus the fact that I'm not going to spend more money just to get my money back it's total BS they should have just given me my money back out right without having to ask for something in return that's just bad business

My 5 star review is for the customer service with Marceil!! She would respond almost immediately, was very kind, helpful and had my return and refund taken care of with great ease!!
As for the order itself, I did agree to a subscription, and I have learned the hard way to read every bit of fine print and the terms of agreement to know exactly what I'm signing up for, but I found that it did me no good in this case!
It started with buy 2 get 1 free, so I got 3 bags for 59 dollars with subscription. I assumed at some point it would show me a detailed billing summary explaining the subscription (every 1mo.?, every 3 months - since there are 3 bags? Is it same price...etc.?) But as soon as I entered my credit card info, I was locked in to the order! So I began to email these questions right away! I found out the rebill is 79 dollars for just 2 bags...I could choose the frequency though!! I would not have agreed to this had I known beforehand, so I just hope this encourages Clarity MD to be more upfront about the details!!
I did have to return the product and pay for the shipping, but with Marceil's help, it was quick and smooth and I was able to cancel future orders and get a refund!

Worst Customer Service Ever
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Even though they have a 90 day refund policy, they have repeatedly refused to honor it. I have emailed many times, sent the pictures they requested of unopened product, which they have ignored completely. In my first email, I told them to cancel the subscription (that I didn’t sign up for) and to halt any further shipments, which they also did not do and they have refused to furnish me with the address I can send my returns to.
