Excitedly, I received the 2 bottles of Root Revive capsules in 5 days. Unfortunately, its been 2 weeks and I still haven't received the other two FREE items that were promised: Black Hair Growth (2 bottles) and the Mystery Hair Growth Gift. Such false advertisement is extremely disappointing and frustrating. Has this happened to anyone else??

My first time experience, I type on the link to cancel my order,well the following month I got a email around 2am letting me know that money has been taking out for the Lumin hair product,I proceed to let them know I had already cancel last month,to make a long story short one minute they will send you a site to cancel so they email you back stating that your money will be refunded,now I’m getting more email stating that I have to go on other links to cancel,like what is so hard about refunding my earn hard money back to my bank.

I can see the bald spot on my side sort of filling in and I am combing out last hair. You told me that the crown of my head takes time but, I have been trying for years to get my hair back so I will keep going. Should I also purchase the shampoo and conditioner? I have not received the product yet but I purchased from Walmart. You can also get it from Amazon and the rest. So don't purchase directly from their site.

I used it for a full 90 days and NOT ONE HAIR grew!!! They offer a 90 day money back guarantee but when I reached out they went back and forth with “most people it take a complete 90 days so once you hit the 90 days come back.” Then when I did reach out at exactly 90 days and no results they tried to convince me to try an additional 8 weeks and if nothing then I’ll get all of my money back. I turned it down after wasting my money on the 90 day supply. They finally told me I’m not eligible for my full refund because I used the product so they could only give me 50%. I initially reached out at the 30 day mark and 60 day with no offer of a refund until they knew I had used all the product so they wouldn’t have to give me a full refund!! I would not recommend!!!

Am on my 3rd month and haven't had any change, no new growth. So far am disappointed.

I ordered this product once, but keep receiving orders and incurred charges. I never requested a subscription and have been unable to locate a number for cancellation. I tried sending an email but never got a response. Don’t order this product . You will be sorry.

I haven’t tried the products yet but their communication throughout the process of a lost shipment was remarkable. They were willing to ship out another order so I am waiting on that order. However, communication is a big thing for me and for that I will give them 5 stars!

I placed my order in November of 2025, purchased two bottles, and got two bottles for free. Bottom line, it did not work for me. I consumed each bottle and did not see a difference within the fourth month; there was no hair growth at all. Waste of money.

I read all of the reviews and it seems like we all are in the same boat together I had a similar experience with Lumi rrb hair gummies # 55574 for $107.00 . I paid and I only got a third of my product one bag was missing. The same day I ordered the Yerba glow gummies #55741 in the amount of $79.90 I never received that order....There is no actual way of contacting these thieves even if you email them they'll respond once or twice and then you never hear from them anymore it's time to get the BBB Better Business Bureau on their case, It is my intentions. They will never get another dime of my money and I hope not another dime of yours. If you're reading this comment ("Remember me")! and you are a owner or an employee look out because we're coming after you.. TRUST AND BELIEVE!!!

SCAM!!

Will send you an older prodct, docteat from another supplier and lower quality, made in CHINA without informing you.

The subscription advertisement is NOT true. When you order it states that you can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account. I tried to cancel online and there was no option. I emailed the company's customer service to cancel and they sent me 3 emails asking the same question over and over instead of canceling the subscription. Even after I responded to the question they weren't satisfied with my response so they continued to respond, "before we proceed, please tell us why you don't like the product". If you are supposed to be able to easily cancel why did it take more than 3 back and forth emails to cancel the subscription. Terrible customer service. I would NEVER try the product again because of this experience!

I ordered the pills on April 18, 2026, and received my order on Thursday, April 23, 2026. I thought that was rather quickly. I have started using the pills and will come back with an update in 1 month.

5/5/26 - my update is..after taking 2 days I discovered I have an allergic reaction to these capsules that caused me to go to urgent care. Therefore my review is based on customer service as they responded quickly upon notifying them of the situation -- I give 5 star. As for refund - under the circumstances I felt a full refund should have been given but it is only partial for that I give 2 stars. Best of luck to those who are taking

They lied saying money back guaranteed Noah do not work on everybody's head it tells you 46 weeks they recharge your card you don't even have to sign up for a subscription they seen you what they want to send you and know they do not give you back your money

I'm not sure why people are not receiving their order. Right now, I'm on my 2nd bottle and is staying consistent. I used Nutrafol for 2 years and saw no results. I decided to try this because they said it's geared towards people of color. I hope that's true.

However, now I'm trying Root Revive. I do see a little filling in the crown area. I'm doing other things too; scalp massager, a red cap, stem cell treatments and a natural oil mixture. I figure I give Root Revive 6 months to see. I'm doing the inside & out approach to see if any changes.

I ate 3 bags of the Lumin hair growth gummies. They didn't work. I sent am email to the company explaining how they did not work for me. These were not cheap. This is the response........

Please save your money.

After spending hundreds of dollars on creams and hair oils my edges are finally coming back in. I’ve been losing my edges for the pass three years. I was devastated. I went to my doctor. They had me try minoxidil which didn’t work. I was seeing all kind of ads on Instagram and Facebook for different oils and DHT blocking pills. Those didn’t work neither. I seen a lumin advertisement and decided to try. I must say that I am very happy with the results. I wish my edgeswere growing in a little bit more faster than what they are, but they are definitely growing in. Today I am getting ready to purchase more bottles so I can keep getting more results. I am very pleased!!!

This company is a scam for sure. Pretending to ship and deliver your order. When you inquire about it their email comes back as not found. I am looking forward to seeing this company sued any day now. DO NOT BUY from this company.
