I'm really sorry this turned into a frustrating experience for you. Just to clarify, we’re a fully legitimate company, and the charge happened because your subscription was still active when the auto-renewal took place. Auto-renewal is part of our model, and everything about pricing, dates, and renewal terms is shown at checkout before you confirm a plan. You can also manage or cancel your subscription anytime in the Membership section of the app.

We completely understand how upsetting this must have felt, and we wish you had reached out to us sooner so we could have helped right away. All amounts and currencies are always displayed during purchase, and we’re sorry if that detail wasn’t easy to notice.
