I would highly recommend this fire…
I would highly recommend this fire alarm engineer. He was incredibly patient and understanding while working within a hostel environment, where some residents have complex needs. One resident was particularly fascinated by his work and asked a lot of questions, and the engineer remained professional, respectful, and non-judgmental throughout their interactions.
He engaged positively with residents, treated everyone with kindness and dignity, and carried out his work efficiently. His professionalism and approachable manner were greatly appreciated, and he is a credit to his company.
