They asked lots of relevant questions and asked for a picture to which I think is good practice and the delivery service was quite quick I has no issues with that all in all good service

Still no sofa

I’m actually livid sat here really stressed out not sure when I’m getting my sofa at all I ordered it in December keep getting dates of delivery to be phoned a few days before saying sorry it’s going to be another 2 weeks I’ve actually had enough I’ve been more then fair with this company I’m not getting any answers only we are very sorry but sorry isn’t getting me my sofa delivered I’m so fed up now not getting anywhere with them at all 😞

I ordered my sofa at Christmas time I…

I ordered my sofa at Christmas time I have been given 3 dates to say when it would be delivered few days before planned delivery we get a call to say sorry we do not have your sofa yet absolutely crap poor service I’m now left with a disabled family member with nothing to sit on for another 2 weeks I would definitely stay clear first time and last time I order from DFS there more then happy to take your money but can’t deliver on there promises Dont be sucked in

Absolutely crap service 3 times now our date has been put back still got nothing to sit on and I now have a disabled parent with nothing to sit on for another 2 weeks 💩 poor service
