This is yet another review because my previous complaints have still not been properly resolved. The products I received were significantly different from what I was told to expect, and the quality was far below what was promised. The customer service was also disappointing. When I requested a refund, the solutions offered were not reasonable or appropriate for the situation.

I have already shared my experience in multiple reviews, and unfortunately, I still feel the need to speak up. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Norvale Club.

This company is a complete scam. Trying to pass off awful quality products as premium quality on their website.

Their customer service is terrible and make you spend money on expensive shipping fees to return their items.

Please do not purchase anything through them!!

Very disappointed with my order. The products I received are absolutely NOT what was shown in the advertisements. The quality is extremely poor and nowhere near what I expected for the amount of money I paid.

The pictures and presentation on the website make the products look completely different from what actually arrives. The quality, materials and overall appearance are far below what is advertised.

I feel completely misled as a customer. I am currently requesting a refund and, if this matter is not resolved properly, I will report my experience to the relevant consumer protection authorities and my payment provider.

PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING. Do not judge this company only by the professional-looking website and advertisements. My personal experience has been extremely disappointing.

Singapore here. Got scam too. Ordered and tracker is from China. Status as delivered but no stock came at all. Please do not buy from this store. Legit 100% scam.

I come across a web with attractive design ,I bought the £200 worth stuffs got order confirmation with next day delivery.after 7 days I try to contact them and found all fraud.one UK phone never answered after even 1000 calls.Web site USA made ,address given HONG KONG,i contacted them email and got AI generated reply for sorry .I contacted HONG KONG POLICE and fraud department in UK ,I contacted my bank and found the payment was taken by HONG KONG company shapely ltd.after sending dozens of mails ,they said we can not cancel or refund, then I received a small packet from china with baby shirt and trouser ,Police said talk to them to return ,my order was 3xl.
It is a civilised calculated scam and they doing it openly.DO NOT SPEND A PENNY YOU WILL REGRET.

0 out of 5. Glam website but total scam. Once ordered I didn't receive any email update or communication at all. I complained via PayPay which fortunately I used for the purchase. The goods eventually arrived about 4-5 weeks later in poor shape. It looks like from Hong Kong with a shady address in the UK - no documentation in the package which was appallingly wrapped. The good are not as described - they don't fit but more than this, they are very poor quality, all crammed into a plastic bag that can barely hold then. I'm hearing that if you want to return they may charge international shipping fees. It's a total scam and I wouldn't want you to experience the mess I seem to be involved in. I've asked PP to mediate. While I've generally had a good impression of PP, they have not yet dealt effectively with this supplier as yet and I am very shocked that they even work with them as it does damage to their reputation.

it’s not what I expected; the quality is incredibly poor, and the trousers and shirt don’t even look like the ones in the advertised photos. The pieces have a strong chemical smell, and you can tell it’s really cheap junk. In my opinion this website is one big fraud.

I would give them zero star.Do not buy from these cheats. They show different item on website and send a totally other item with very low quality. If you want to refund than you have to pay return shipping cost by youself. they are fraud.

Norvale Club shipping took about 40 days only to get to wrong address and customer shifts the headache to customer. Apparently I’m not the only customer dissatisfied with their service. It was all around a bad experience. Lucky I can’t click 0 stars. Don’t even get me started with Customer Setivce side of the experience. Negative Stars review

After waiting for 6 weeks for my purchase to arrive, the quality is simply non-existent. The cheapest of materials poorly manufactured. The website calls the outfit I bought as ,‘old money‘ look, but in reality the clothing looks like cheap Temu pajamas at best. As some of the other reviews state, this company is a scam, marketing everything as being 70% off. This company is not UK based but should be reported to trading standards or similar and should not be able to trade in the UK. Last time I buy off a spurious clothing brand that pops up on the internet, as there are many these days. I have asked for a refund but not expecting to receive it.

After waiting an unacceptable time for my order what has arrived is utter rubbish. If i get too close to a fire they look as though they will melt! The poorest of quality. I have started my refund journey but am expecting to write off the money i have spent. I will report to payment company so they can review their representation on the site.

Do not purchase from this site - the clothes are not what reflected online. When goods arrive, you will get told sorry and then you get lost in email after email chasing your money back . This is a huge scam and this company should be reported up the chain and removed from UK websites, so that uk consumers are not cheated by thier wrong behaviour!!

Huge scam!

Like many other people, total scam. I spent 6 weeks waiting for goods I didn’t know were coming from China. Capri linen at £38. Wasn’t expecting great quality, but what was delivered is cheap synthetic cloth with loose threads. Absolute con artists. Some back and forth with emails but total waste of time and money
