1st lady i talked to last week just seemed in hurry i didn't understand why my order wasn't going thru after i had sent up my prescription from my primary care doctor.

today lady was exreemtly nice, understood my uploads, ordered my order for me and asked me to bring piece paper from primary care which i will bring this week

I haven't received my meds yet but the nurse practitioner was friendly and made me feel comfortable..

I like the educational programs when I am able to attend them late in the afternoon (after work). The price of this program is very very high and may end up being my reason to send me to another company.

I just looked into the company to check on costs. I ended going w another company but without my approval, charged my credit card for $398.99. After difficulty I was able to eventually hear they wrongfully charged me and suggested I contact my credit card company w a dispute. They said they’d back it out themselves but it would cost me a refundable $5. I had to cancel my card.? A disappointment!!!!

Appointments are easy to make. Pharmacists are always very understanding and caring.

The NP that interviewed me today was thourough. She explained what medication she recommended for my weight loss goals and side effects, along with emergency seeking side effects. This is only my first experience with Remedy Meds. Let’s see if the good service is kept up.
