Great customer service
Called to inquire about outside control board for a 24000 btu mini split. Asked technical support a few questions about testing to ensure it was the board. After a brief discussion, the board was thought to be the issue. When I asked about replacement board, I was surprised when the support team offered to replace it under warranty. Board was shipped out quickly. I installed it and the system was back working properly.

We ordered a new remote because we had…
We ordered a new remote because we had misplaced the brand new remote that came with our mini split. The day after I ordered it, we found the missing remote. There is no place on your website to cancel an order, our order hadn't shipped yet, which was frustrating.
So we waited until we received the remote and I went online to initiate a return. The only option was to keep the remote for a $14.99 green charge. So I called customer service & explained the situation. The agent said that I should contact returns via email, which I did. I explained the situation in my email. The only response to my email was a statement saying to keep the remote & pay the green charge. This is a totally unacceptable solution. We don't need two remotes & charging a ¼ of the cost + shipping to keep something we don't need is ridiculous. I could have ordered a knock-off from Amazon, a company with a very customer friendly return policy, but I chose to order from Senville based on your reputation. Very disappointing.

Fast shipping
Fast shipping, correct parts, and very easy for a main board replacement. It doesn't just work either, it works better than it did when it was new. Whatever updates they did to the firmware over 7 years are working.

Call and check availability do not trust the online web site
You sold me a mini split unit knowing the inside unit was out of stock it is supposed to come as a pair and I should have been informed before I paid for it and at no time did anyone reach out to me and inform me that I was not receiving what I had ordered now I am waiting approximately two extra weeks at the earliest before I receive it and has put me behind schedule and is costing me money have If I had known I could have purchased a different unit and I feel that I should get a discount for the inconvenience and I have only herd good thing about your product but will not be purchasing anything else from y'all if there is not a discount or somewhat of a refund added.

HVAC cost, efficiency and use.
Company salesman was knowledgeable and helpful to work with on this project. Overall, I’m happy with the product and is looking for to installing more units in other areas on the property. For my home I used cassette in the living room and dining room which gave the space a very clean look. Bedrooms, I use wall units in discrete areas of the room.
