Very Good Customer Service. Highly Recommend

I had a problem with the e-scooter turning on and Hi-boy helped with the return process swiftly. I will continue to support Hiboy products. I now have now 2 e-scooters from them and they work perfectly.

The customer service at Hiboy has been awesome. Unfortunately 2 years ago the first scooter my son rode every single day broke just above the wheel on the main shaft. I contacted them at that time and under warranty, sent me a complete unit that arrived quickly. Just recently, my son had worn down the back tire on his scooter. Their website stated that they didn't have any in stock. I reached out to them to find out when they thought they'd be back in stock, and they replied that they had a few they could sell. They made the sale incredibly easy AND the price was lower than advertised. Just like the other issue, the wheel arrived quickly and my son was back out on his scooter that same day!

Great experience! I bought the X300 and wanted to get a second charger. Mina helped me with the steps to find one, even though it wasn't even listed on the website. Fantastic service!

They have been great son loves scooter? Had couple part brake and there support team has been great about getting them shipped to me and replaced at no charge. Cherry has been great.

We upgraded to Hiboy and love the quality. We did start to get an error code due to a faulty wire and contacted Hiboy. They were responsive and shipped a new part along with easy videos to remedy the issue. We were back up and running thanks to all of their support. We are customers for life! Thank you Hiboy.

Each time I’ve contacted Hiboy I’ve received prompt and helpful feedback. They’ve honored their warranties and replaced two items that broke within the one year warranty. Thank you Cherry @Hiboy.

I experienced Exceptional and personalized support service from team member Mina. I tried to get a new version charger for my X300 scooter that was sol out on website. Mina was able to locate a charger in a warehouse in China and told me how to do a specialized order with detailed instructions. I ordered the charger and she still is helping to get it shipped quickly. Hiboy is a smart company to focus on making customer service a high priority! Thank you Mina!

Hiboy was very good with my issues.The issues I had with my throttle never occurred after although if it happens again hiboy was totally on board with helping me.Love the bike and the support that goes with it,great job!

I had a fantastic experience working with Mina from Hiboy Customer Support. Even though our Hiboy DK1 Electric Dirt Bike was past the standard warranty window, Mina took the time to truly understand our situation. As a wonderful goodwill gesture, she went above and beyond to arrange and expedite a complimentary replacement charger so my kids could finally enjoy riding the bike. I had a good experience with them from ordering to shipping. Everything were smooth and seemless.

Hiboy was out of stock in the US and sent me a replacement part direct from China within a fortnight and at no extra cost. Cindy facilitated and followed up regularly throughout. The service was fantastic....I'm impressed 😁
