good quality, good service

Aún no me han entregado unas zapatillas que compré el dia 1, estamos a día 23 ay ayer supuestamente las entregaban y nadie vino a mi casa, el servicio at al cliente nefasto me ofrecen o mandarme otras o devolverme el dinero,la cuál es la opcion logica que les he dicho que quiero...Veremos que sucede y si no tengo que poner una denuncia en consumo, ya que no me han vuelto a contestar, es una verdadera vergüenza que encima el pedido ponga que esta en mi ciudad desde el día 18 y a día 23 nadie lo entrega ni se sabe nada y que digan que hablan con el transportista y que ayer lo entregaban, servicio de entrega inexistente y es falso no me movi de casa en todo el día, NO COMPREIS EN SU WEB aparte envian todo de China y no de Europa

I loved these shoes the minute I put them on, they are very comfortable, with lots of toe room. Definitely would purchase again.

The last pair I bought is perfect. However the first pair, same size 38, is clearly about a 1/2 - 3/4 inch shorter. I even put the shoes back to back, side by side. I should've returned that 1st pair. Order to delivery time was okay. Quality of 2nd pair also seems to be better.

The flexibility of the sole is great. The proportions of the shoe are too exaggerated, too wide in the toe box, giving it a clown shoe appearance. It could still support wide feet with a narrower toe box design. The quality of materials could be improved. In the 1st week my daughter wore the shoes, it looked like they had already aged 3 months. I don't anticipate they'll last all summer

I suffer from diabetic perineal neuropathy in my feet and these barefoot shoes are the best shoes I’ve tried and I absolutely love them I have 7 pairs, and would love to have a pair of SMART 1 EU40 in PINK and ORANGE also SMART 11 EU im BLUE please can you let me no when the above are back in stock.

Great shoes very comfortable looking better than expected

These shoes are great for my wide feet. I removed the insoles & replaced them with sheepskin insoles from Duckfeet - more flexible, better feel, cosy as.

A size 40 is a size too small. Can I return the shoes? Exchange for size 41? I usually wear a 40, and my husband's fit him well at size 10.5.

It was good, but one of the shoes had a yellow stain in the inside

These shoes are so comfortable! My only issue was how they were shipped. They came in a small canvas bag (which I understand they did to conserve and not create waste) but I did wish there was more support inside the shoe to keep it from bending. It's a thin material (for obvious reasons) so when it arrived there was a slight crease in the toe. It was an easy fix - I just stuffed it with some paper to push it out and let it sit for a day or two and it was good. The shoes themselves have been great and I've loved wearing them!

Took a little longer received the package but When I needed to change the size, I received a quick response via email and got my purchase back.

When my first pair didn’t fit they quickly replaced them with a larger pair that fit perfectly and feel so comfortable! Thank you!

Speedy service and easy checkout … goods received to the UK within a few days from order placement. Saguaro products are consistently good quality and value for money. From personal experience, whilst not the cheapest, they are by far, better value than many ‘mainstream marketed’ equivalent that are products twice the price.
Overall I can’t really fault them.
