Deceiving company
Deceiving company. Their products are made and shipped from China. Misleading customers into thinking they are Australia delivery - have waited three weeks and order still has not arrived. Emailed twice and they claim to be a German company who was out of stock so had to deliver from a China warehouse. If you are happy with China product and delivery - buy the same products at a fraction of the price from a china based website. AVOID this SCAM company!

Very disappointed item great but…
Very disappointed item great but realised i had been automatically been added to a subscription. I did go in and emailed to be removed but only realised it was still live when i received a email today about a new delivery. Tried to cancel this morning asking me to turn off my VPN. Eventually, I found an email and asked for a reply to say it was cancelled but still waiting for a reply. Trying to cancel with my bank so quite a bit of hassle shame though as product great.

I got these cloths as a 1 off and got them sent again ,emailed for them to cancel . Still receiving after getting told subscription was cancelled. Subscription never signed up for!!! Do not buy from this company they are crooks.who cant even cancel a subscription

The cloth you can use all around the house
We ordered 2 magic wipe cloths and I absolutely swear by them. They are perfect if you’re looking for that one cloth you can use everywhere in the house. They give the best shine and are brilliant at getting rid of tough water marks. Highly recommend!

Underhanded business practice
I ordered magic wipes 3 months ago and unwittingly put on a subscription. The wipes were unknowingly reordered by the company 3 months later . I contacted them immediately but received no reply until prompted the following day when they stated it was too late to cancel . I have moved address in those 3 months so I am not even going to receive them . This is a very underhanded way to do business.

Would have given 5 stars but they took…
Would have given 5 stars but they took over 3 weeks to arrive.
The cloths themselves are brilliant,
I have the XL ones for my bathrooms, they make cleaning the glass and taps easy leaving no streaks. They dry quickly as well.
I will definitely order more and at least I’ll know that they take little while to turn up.

I purchased cloths on11/09/26 and received confirmation of order and multiple emails stating they were getting the order “ready”. It is now 29/9/26 and no sign of the order and no response to emails to customer services. I would not recommend this company.
