Para mi son unos estafadores.
No funciono la compra pero intente ponerme en contacto con Atención al cliente y después de casi dos semanas aún estoy esperando.
Solo intente que me devolvierqn el dinero, pues bien, ni dinero, ni contestació y ya no se que mas hacer.
Por culpa de paginas como esta tienen mala fama las que de verdad obre en un buen servicio

When placing a single order for mutiple packs to get the best discoun;t they all don't activate when you go to redeem them. Then you get an in store credit that is just as useless because they treat it as a single purchase with a higher cost and don't account for the group discount. So essentially you paid full price for a single item.

Affiche des promotions mensongères avec un prix surprise au moment de payer. Support coupe la conversation une dizaine de fois avant de daigner répondre et la personne refuse de regarder le problème. Les promotions donnaient des prix à -6 à 8€, moitié prix en gros et il me répond que ça tient compte d'un bon voucher qui était de maximum 4 € et quelques.

Do you guys really think that anyone who just had a bad experience and got scammed by you will come here and put a bad review without talking to you first ?
I made it clear in my review that your poor customer support is the one refusing to help
Fortunately I was just testing your services with a small amount of money, considering that others got scammed in 125$, thank god trustpilot exist and the fake 5 stars reviews you got there won't help polishing your image

Kommt mir alles sehr dubios vor. Habe eine Vorbestellung am 08.03.2026 getätigt für Sammelkarten im Wert von über 1200 Euro mit geschätztem Lieferdatum Mitte April 2026. Auf die erste E-Mail Mitte April wurde noch geantwortet auf die anderen 5 Mails nicht mehr. Alles sehr sehr unprofessionell. Zum Glück habe ich heute noch einen PayPal Case geöffnet sonst wäre die Deadline am 04.09.2026 abgelaufen....

Erste Bestellung heute getätigt. Kauf Fehlgeschlagen und jetzt hängt mein Geld in deren Ingame-Währung fest. Habe mich von einigen Positiven Bewertungen überzeugen lassen... war wohl ein Fehler.

I tested the service for buying a starter pack of eFootbal game, and my money was lost
I had the proof that the transaction was successful and the money arrived to their wallet but they didn't care, told me to wait, waited a full day just so they tell that they can't help me nor refund me

At first they give you a discount, but then a day later, nothing is discounted, and the prices can be even higher than from purchasing directly within the game.
Really disappointing, since I thought this could be my new means to top up.
Either way, I don't find it trustworthy if the prices fluctuate to that kind of degree.

I pre-ordered a game key through LDShop. At first it took longer than a day to “deliver” the key when it released. However, after more than a day I received an email that my order was anomalous and I would receive LD Coins, their own currency, as a refund. I have never requested for this, as I have no need for these coins and I want my money refunded to my original payment method or a working key.

The worst part is, after they refunded me the LD Coins, 25 minutes later they removed the coins from my account. This is theft!!

I opened a case on PayPal to hopefully get my money back. But, I would never order through them again after this experience. Be warned.

I spent for 3 LUnite Sub in wuthering waves but I just receive 2 of them.

Avoid this scam of a website at all costs. I ordered a game and the code wouldn't load. Eventually get through to customer services and they initiate a refund only to find they're only offering in store credit despite it being their fault. Had to go via PayPal to get a proper refund. Spend your money elsewhere and avoid these fraudsters.

Rubbish dont spend your money on this website. Forces you to spend money first before even previewing how the top up process is supposed to be now im stuck with LDCREDIT which they refunded which is basically not even a refund because i can only spend it there again

Achat d'un jeu en pré commande, le jour J on me sort qu'il faut attendre 24h pour avoir la génération d'une clef pour me permettre de jouer, ce qui n'était absolument pas précisé.

I'm new, and the first thing when I try to buy here is got cancelled and took a few of my time.

I lost my refund, they said I have a nother account, actually I have only one. How it could be ? I shown my email, they still insisted that me have another account 🤦🤦

Used them many times.
Usually very quick and very good.
But today has been a nightmare, I put one order through for 5 packs, they kept signing into my account and not buying things. After waiting in multiple queues to speak to customer service 3 times in a row, I finally received a refund (site gold).

So I then made another purchase for a much bigger amount thinking they can't mess this one up. They told me that they can't buy what I want. Even though the packs I bought says "buy anything of this value". They messaged me saying they can't get it.

Now I've been put in 4 different queues (on this new issue) haven't been spoken to once in the past hour and I have no idea if I'm even in a queue anymore because it's not telling me if I am in a queue.

Never using this site again.
