So many prints are falling off the…
So many prints are falling off the sheet. I’ve ordered in the past and they were great. Went to press shirts yesterday and half of them are peeling off the sheet so I can’t even press them. Customer service was good but that was before I discovered this. I had to order a replacement because there were cuts on the prints.

The orders always come immediately, when jiffy says a person will fix your image they really do unlike the "Samurai" company. Their prints are sharp.

Generally very pleased with the product and service.
The product is general good. Only had one transfer that was unusable (missing letters). The first order came next day which was fabulous! All other orders have taken several days for similar or larger order amounts, so I’m unsure why only the first order was processed so quickly. Overall, I’m pleased with the product and service. The only minor negative would be lack of consistency with order processing.

One wash and it looks cracked and wrinkled
I did one wash and the transfer is already cracked and wrinkled looking. I spent a lot of money on these sweaters and transfers and not happy about it now
