Generally very pleased with the product and service.
The product is general good. Only had one transfer that was unusable (missing letters). The first order came next day which was fabulous! All other orders have taken several days for similar or larger order amounts, so I’m unsure why only the first order was processed so quickly. Overall, I’m pleased with the product and service. The only minor negative would be lack of consistency with order processing.
