This is a serious business tool. Fireflies has high quality of notes and ai support are superior to other note takers and they don't act like a virus that you can't get rid of. I have adopted it in my companies and multiple client companies.

Fireflies is genuinely poor software and I would not recommend it, especially if you have a team of people with multiple calendars and multiple Zoom accounts. It is an absolute nightmare to configure and in my case it turned out to be impossible. The dashboard is not intuitive at all, particularly when you join your company's team as an admin: after logging in you are dropped into your own personal workspace, where you are asked to upgrade, and I could not confidently find where to switch to the business workspace to manage the team and its settings.

Another serious flaw is that it forces you to log in with a Google or Microsoft account. Typically American, of course, assuming those companies run the internet.

I ended up building my own app to connect to people's Zoom accounts, and I would urge you to look for a different tool and spare yourself the stress, the frustration and the hassle. Don't expect much from support either: they don't care about you, they just send standard replies, and they stop responding altogether once the canned answer doesn't solve your problem.

I’m a huge fan of Fireflies. It genuinely helps me work more efficiently. During meetings and other conversations, I can focus on the discussion itself, knowing that I can always go back afterwards and check exactly what was discussed.

I don’t use nearly all the features Fireflies offers, but honestly, the basics alone are already more than enough for me. Meetings are captured accurately, the transcripts are reliable, and it’s easy to find specific topics, decisions or action points afterwards.

I love using Fireflies. I can focus more on the conversation and less on taking my own notes knowing that 'Fred' is always there. It is helpful to be able to use the embedded AI to ask my own questions about the call, next steps, or anything that needs clarification. Fireflies is so easy to use. I've never needed any help from their CS team.

So far (less than a year) it's been helluva experience. I use fireflies almost daily and, at least the features I use are totally helpful. I am thinking expanding it to my team because with de AI features we can overview our meetings and review them afterwards.

had a very bad service with Fireflies. They were quick to schedule a meeting with one sales representatives. But when we cancel the trial a day before it ends, they nevertheless keep charging to the card despite lots of follow-up emails on our side.

The sales person also did not respond despite emailing her. All email are replied by AI for queries and it is a very untrained AI, that keeps sending the same message. Highly not recommend as after sales service is extremely poor
