Après Réclamation, ils prétendent que j'ai souscrit un abonnement fitness. Absolument faux
C'est du vol organisé, cette compagnie est à éviter comme la peste.
Last Autumn, I signed up to try this home fitness app and then IMMEDIATELY sent an email to request cancelation when I realized they would take payments of $49.99/month. Well, they have actually been taking TWO $49.99 payments through PayPal every month!! I'm not using the exercises and despite 3 emails requesting cancelation of the subscription directly to FitMe, and complaints to PayPal, they continue to to take $49.99 payments per month. Paypal did finally process one $49.99 refund this month but I just want to cancel the subscription so I'm not billed anymore. The exercises may be fine for some customers, but as far as I'm concerned it's a scam.
This appears to be masquerading as a site with a similar name in order to get cc numbers. The real site includes the word expert.
After subscribing the promised product did not download and they steadfastly refuse to refund the payment.

BEWARE! They never stop billing you and claim you don’t have an account with them. Yet every month I have continued getting charged a ridiculous $49.95 even though I’ve disputed the charges with my credit card company each month.
Liars and thieves.
Hidden charges. Discounted programs turn into large charges without be authorized by you. Cancellation doesn't work. App is fine but the hidden charges are not. Don't do this!
Do not sign for the app, or you risk having your credit card cancelled and long time on the phone.
The app itself helped me, it’s a good one.
The thing is that the subscription isn’t registered in the iOS and you can’t find it on your phone, your card will be charged automatically with 2 charges , so you cannot view it before renewal.
Btw, my bank froze me credit card automatically when the charge was posted by fitme , probably charges of this app are lighted flags.
Again, the app is good, charges are not transparent!!!!
At the beginning I had trouble downloading the Fitme program. I contacted the admins and received a very prompt reply with specific instructions. I then was able to easily access the program. They also followed up with me to make sure I didn't have any further problems.

I noticed a charge on my Paypal account for FITME: Lazy workout that I never purchased. I did not even access this website. $49.99 (just below th $50 the bank text me about a charge that looks suspicious). They give an 800 number that does not work (yet they say). FITME: LAZY WORKOUT... +1 866-608-6607
I emailed support. Let us see if they respond.
They responded and said I could not cancel this month which started today. I never used it, not even the introductory one.
Fitme app and product and customer service are all top notch and easy to communicate with.
I sm having a "flare up" of a chronic back problem but will sign back up.
I signed up for a 7 day "free" trial of FitMe, but due to my back, found I could not do even the easy exercises, so I wrote to their customer support email address and canceled my subscription on about the 5th day of my trial. Two months later there were charges of $7.99 and $49.99 on my charge card. I disputed these charges with my credit card company who requested proof that I cancelled. Unfortunately, I did not keep my email, and FitMe responded to my credit card company with all my information from when I signed up for the free trial. So, for an app that I could not use, it cost me $57.98 before I could get my subscription cancelled. BEWARE!
