I love it. Ace for communicate across multiple building sites. Allows me to multitask and not forget anything.

I was looking for a long time for an application/website that could provide me with an easy Gantt chart. I’m on my final year of university and having a clear schedule on which I could write steps for each project is a big advantage. TeamGantt provides a visible and easy to use website on which I can see steps that I need to follow in order to finish bigger and more demanding projects. Thanks to that I’m more aware of smaller deadlines, milestones, and I’m more able to see the real time to reach given goals.

TeamGantt has the best of what I need and I'm sticking to it but it's soooo buggy. I duplicate a subgroup, delete some tasks and then some of the tasks from the original subgroup get deleted to. Sometimes it just doesn't let you select end dates until you refresh.

Running an architecture design office, we use TG for years now. It makes our work, planning and internal communication way more efficient. Although we are a Dutch based design office, communication runs quick despite the difference in time zone with the US.

We would highly recommennd using TG.

I recently experienced a sudden login issue, but the support team and engineering team responded incredibly fast. They identified a system connection error and deployed a fix right away. I’m very impressed by their swift communication and prompt resolution. Thank you for the great support!

Brandon helped me work through an issue with an employee that left the company and was the only one listed as an admin on the account. He was thorough but quick and I appreciated the steps he took to ensure my request was a legitimate one.

Ongoing issues where the lag and lead times entered do not change any dates. This is a HUGE problem.
Also, when I change the start date of a task any linked SS/SF/FS/FF tasks do not automatically adjust their dates. The print to PDF option does not capture the last saved of the GANTT. The print to PDF also ignores FF/FS/SS/SF data entries and shows them differently in the PDF.
The worst part is that 'support' response is we will get back to you 'probably next week'

Wanted to try it out, was not for me. But afterwards they keep spamming me like crazy. I'm talking about 4-5 emails a day. Even aftur unsubscribing.

I had an excellent experience with an extremely quick and helpful response.

I am a program manager for a St Vincent De Paul Christmas program that provides food boxes and gift cards to over 100 families each year. This project runs from August until wrap up in January and can get pretty crazy from October through December. There are many volunteers involved with various technical abilities and many moving pieces from multiple food/gift card drives to box builds to the final delivery day. I love how TeamGantt easily allows me to organize and group tasks, visualize dependencies, set milestones and communicate what needs attention. Because this is a hosted application, I appreciate having one version of the truth I can access from pretty much anywhere via the app. I don’t always have my laptop with me but I can use the app and do everything from my phone at anytime. This is so much better than trying to keep track of every detail in a spreadsheet.

As always Teamgantt staff is extremely quick to answer to my questions, and it's extremely worthy to me.
Of course the quality of the answers has the same importance, but there's no need to say that they are precise and well-focused.

This program is so easy to use, intuitive and smooth. The tutorials are short and relevant and make everything easy.

Timely response to a feature inquiry. I am new to the product and had a usage based inquiry— TeamGANTT responded with an answer in about 15 minutes.

I have had two questions so far in regards to how to use their software. On both occasions I received a reply within 5 minutes and my team and I were on our way.

Additionally, they have a plethora of videos that are easily accessible that are concise and to the point. You don't have to watch a 30 minute video to find the one thing you are specifically looking for help on. The software is very intuitive and user friendly!

I spent two days reviewing all the current options available using Gantt charts and TeamGantt was the clear winner. They have a 1 month free trial and less than a week into it it was clear this was the perfect fit.
