Do not buy this product! Do not deal with then.

Received Glacier glows product, I tried it for 3 weeks continuously on my legs and I’m afraid it didn’t work, my skin stayed lumpy and inflamed?
I didn’t know I signed up for subscription, I did cancel but they still took the money and waiting for them to give my money back.
It may work on other people but it never worked on me.

The company signed us up for a subscription we did not ask for. The cream is absolute rubbish. Made the skin condition worse. Tried to return product including an unopened one received via cancelled subscription. No refund received no adequate customer service. Absolutely disgusting

I made my original order in July 2026 which I paid £36 .I received no confirmation of order but did receive it in August .But on 28/8/26 a further payment was taken from my account by this company when no further orders and had been made or received.contacted them by email and a SarahLittlewood emailed me back and said I would have to cancel further orders and payments as I had a subscription but the link that she gave me did not cancel subscription or offer refund for unwanted or in received goods. So
I am stuck as what to do next!!

This company is a scam. Ordered two pots of the cream to try, lured into a subscription without this being made clear. Asked to cancel this via email, to have two emails to this request ignored and the product dispatched. Then told we can’t cancel the order as product dispatched. Told they will “consider” a refund once you pay the costs to return the product. I would not recommend using this company.

Be very careful. Ordered two jars of this for my psoriasis. Only when I received it and read the small print did it say do not use if you have kidney problems. As I have had a kidney transplant I contacted them and they would only offer a 20% refund. I complained and so they offered a 40% refund if I sent the products back to china at my own cost !!! I then went through my bank and they eventually gave me a full refund but I had to send the jars back to somewhere in this country. A very dodgy company. Beware !!!

As others have posted beware of the con don’t BUY.

Don’t be in a hurry to start this treatment. Be very careful to understand they will con you into a subscription and send you more monthly without asking. Tried to get money back, they refused.
Do not buy this product without realising it’s a scam to remove more money off you.

Thought id try this product, I assumed I made a one time purchase until I got another package yesterday. Bank has been informed.
Had no problem trying the product but it wasn’t at all clear that it was a subscription model. Fuming!

I purchased the product last month. There was no mention that this was a subscription but this month more money has been taken from my account. Be careful when purchasing as they automatically sign you up.

This is scam, they sign you up for repeat orders when you did not select it, there are no contact details of company information on the web site barring an email address (this is illegal)..

This is a scam, do not use

I placed an order today, sadly before I read the reviews about this company and its products. I purposely did not tick the box for a subscription. However, when the order process came through, I have a subscription!
I immediately, within minutes, tried to cancel both the order and the subscription by e mail. The response was that I HAD ticked that box. I never sign up for subscriptions ever! Customer service sent me a link to my order with a red arrow showing I had signed up!! I’ve now cancelled that but I looks like the order will still be being processed. Avoid this company! They are SHARKS and their processes are flawed. I’m going to report this to trading standards.

I ordered 2 jars & rec’d all ok, jury out on whether product actually works.
However is this month another payment has been taken for duplicate order which wasn’t made by me !
A subscription which wasn’t made clear when ordering.

Fake company! Even stealing ultra bees packaging 🙄

Awful company, scam of a product , they rippped off ultra bee health. How could you sleep with yourself disappointed!

As per the other buyers this product is a load of rubbish and the customer service team try to get you to keep products by telling you if you want to return it then you need to post it to china even though on the package the return address is in Blakney, Cannock, also con you into a repeat so called subscription again a con and rubbish company, buyers beware.

This is a countefiet product - Ultra Bee make the real stuff. They will also claim yuo have signed up for a subscriptin when you havn't - evasive charlatons - stay well away.

Received the product which was very average and found that I had accidentally signed for repeat orders. When I contacted the company ( email only NO ADDRESS, NO PHONE NUMBER) I was told they would give me a reply address to forward back in order to obtain a refund but when I received the goods there was a return address on the package which I automatically sent to. This so called company then told me this address wasn’t relative and they couldn’t and I couldn’t retrieve the product!!! When I looked up the DPD address on Google Maps it offered 2 pubs and a hotel. The company refused to either retrieve the product or refund. Don’t waste your time or money

Tried to cancel and order before it was sent and they told me that I couldn't as I had accidently clicked the subscribe button. Which I didn't. I told them I wanted to cancel the subscription and the order. They told me that I couldn't and that they would send it to me and I had to send it back and apply for a refund.

It also is definitely not the cure all it says it is and much cheaper alternatives can be bought from your local health food shop that do exactly the same thing this does - keep a barrier over your skin using an oily emollient.
