They answered all my questions fast,delivered the goods also really fast and I had no reason for any complaint and would buy from here again in the future without hesitation

As per the other buyers this product is a load of rubbish and the customer service team try to get you to keep products by telling you if you want to return it then you need to post it to china even though on the package the return address is in Blakney, Cannock, also con you into a repeat so called subscription again a con and rubbish company, buyers beware.

The safe Id say is not a very good standard and certainly not of professional grade and the door rattles so doesnot close tight, not the best and would not recomend them to anyone

If I could leave zero stars then I would as the driver yet again left my parcel unsecured laying on the front door step in full view to be stolen, then walked back to his van and drove off without even checking to see if anyone was at home, all on video camera and the ring door bell so plenty proof, as it is nobody was at home, terrible they get away with this. Not happy...

I recently returned goods to B&Q on 20/07/24 I was told 10 days for my refund, several 40minute phone calls and one callander month later and still no refund everytime I phone I get told it is now being escalated and the refund will be made and yet no refund what a terrible company and terrible service, what more can I say, we will see if B&Q will now read this and sort this mess out, it's compensation they should now be paying considering it was their staff who made the mistake which has caused the whole situation, really really unhappy with this.

So purchased headlamp and cornering light protectors from powerbronze, downloaded and fitted them as per the instruction sheet and within two weeks one was gone in the breeze, so I then contact them and ask if they can supply a single one to replace the lost one, asked the price also, so not asking for one for free at any point, and low and behold no answer from them what so ever, how is that for very poor customer service, yet another company who gets your money then stuff you if you have a problem, see if you can reply to this review, probably not!!
Nice of you to get in contact just a pity you waited until after I had purchased a full new set and didn't help in anyway what so ever, so really a waste of my time and yours sending emails back and forth denying my email ever landed in powerbronze inbox, so still not impressed and not changing my mind with the review still as is.

Booking ref as requested lets now see you give customer service as it should be and also when people contact the holiday helpline then perhaps have someone to answer it and help customers instead of saying to customers they didnt phone this telephone helpline, not happy with any of this...

Jez said contact complaints team via Tui, which we did only to receive an email saying you were disappointed we didnt follow procedure and contact the local rep which there isnt one nor was there any phone numbers to phone with complaints nor was there the paperwork which your company said we had, all rubbish.
Then to come home and try to make a complaint only to find you then hide behind the Tui reps to let them take the brunt and just brush off me the customer, and after paying what we did for this holiday its shocking customer service, however one thing is for sure that after this experience with Gold Medal WE WILL NEVER EVER USE YOUR TRAVEL SERVICE AGAIN.

Recently travelled to Bali, firstly there is no travel rep to speak to at thehotel or information to get one, the hotels accommodation was lovelt however the Breakfast was diabolical, the food was cold every morning which was supposed to be hot, two weeks and never a single hot breakfast, and after paying almost £5,000 to go here I didnt expect this in a so called five star hotel, only one resturaunt in the hotel, one bar which closed at 10pm so I await to hear your reply to this gold medal, some compensation would be appropriate here. But doubt they will even reply

Jawel paints insulted me by treating me like an idiot and also sending paint which was A, either loaded in the wrong cans. B,wrongly labelled. C, wrong colour then said I had applied it in the wrong order, where I am a tradesman and followed instructions from other professional tradesman painters, then as I say made me out to be an idiot and now dont give any further contact or help with a solution other than saying take it to a professional paint shop to have it painted, PERHAPS IF I HAD BEEN SENT THE CORRECTLY MARKED PAINT OR EVEN THE CORRECT COLOUR THIS WOULDNT HAVE HAPPENED, VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SITUATION.

Superbike factory had loads of verydetailed photos of the ike and listed all marks on the bike but whenthe bike arrived it was absolutely minted and the photos did not do the bike justice, the bike was beautiful and looked like new, I am so so pleased and the courier was first class as well, all round first class service, many thanks.

The bed was more than I expected to spend, however the comfort outweighed the cost and the helpfulness of the lady who helped us was fantastic

just been on the Scottish gas website to sort out a problem and waited quite a while only to get someone on the other end to waste almost an hour of my time to turn around and tell me I need to telephone between 8am and 5pm to be helped, SO WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF SUCH A USELESS WEBSITE OTHER THEN TO IRRITATE CUSTOMERS !!!
