Excellent customer service. The case is perfect for my new 16” external laptop monitor. I travel a lot for work and this case is robust enough for my long hauls.

Ive been using my Arzopa Z3FC almost every day for the past 7 months without any hassle.
As an engineer I travel a lot, and this setup has been superb.
My HP zbook manages to power the monitor over usb C without any additional power supply.

Katastrophe. So einen schlechten Kundenservice habe ich noch niemals zuvor erlebt. Beschädigte ware geliefert und dann sollte ich auf eigene Kosten das Paket ins Ausland versenden! Der mail kontakt ist ein witz. Finger weg!!!!!!!!!!0

Awful experience, I hope I can update this review if the support team becomes helpful. Once we determined a cable wasn’t working they refused to provide a replacement and sent me to Amazon to find my own with the promise to reimburse. It didn’t work, they won’t reimburse me so even if I return it I’ve lost the shipping costs which were steep. They now say the device needs to be replaced and I am in charge of paying for the shipping back to them and hopefully the replacement works without me having to pay additional fees for additional parts for their defective product. It’s so frustrating—I just need to use a portable monitor and because I took time troubleshooting with support and then waiting for the Amazon cable to arrive, I am beyond the 30-day window for refunds so currently they are refusing to let me get money back and buy a monitor elsewhere.

Wonderful size and very light. Perfect for keeping at your desk however it’s marketed for being portable and quite frankly it’s too flimsy for that. The kick stand somehow fell and when I propped back up I could see it destroyed the screen. I can appreciate that from a far more dramatic fall - but a portable screen should be able to buckle under its own pressure and make it through!

I bought recently Arzopa Z3FC, I am totally happy with it, it has a great quality. I play on ps 5 call of duty. It's so smooth
I recommend it definitely if u are looking for a portable monitor it's one of the best.

Ordered Monday morning and was delivered in top condition on Thursday noon to a small Swedish village.

It was very easy to deal with customer service and they solved the issue immediately!

Bought a portable display directly, arrived quickly (in the EU). Image quality is very good, portability is also great -single usb-c works for image and power, brightness enough for outdoor use, stand is sturdy and allows angle adjustment. No issues.

The portable gaming monitor I got from Arzopa, worked wonders for me!

The slimness of the monitor combined with its size made it very easy to transport with my small gaming setup I built.

Also, its power needs don't need to be supplied externally, like a power socket. In fact, it can run perfectly fine on one of the computer's USB ports, making it VERY convenient (compared to an office computer monitor, which needs its own socket to run)

The brightness and the high-definition screen made it easy to see my desktop, read my icon names with ease, and still having awesome graphics to game with it.

The things I didn't like was:
1. The fact that the stand made it sit on the table / desk, instead of having an external stand like that of laptop stands (but I fixed that problem by buying one).
2. Australian Customers, like myself, aren't able to get a portable monitor bag easily (you need to talk to a support person to get one).

Horrible experience to return an item:
- They first ask for pics after the item was packed back in its original box.
- After the pics, they ask for the tracking number.
- After the tracking number, they later ask to notify when the package arrives to proceed with the refund.
- After a month, still they didn't issue the refund.
- You contact and they say they have issued the refund and will take 2 or 3 days.
- After a week there is no refund.
- The item was ordered in their official web page, so this is a serious Arzopa customer service. I cannot imagine what could happen if you have to use the guaranty.

Upstate: They rejected my refund claim via PayPal customer protection (more than a month after the purchase), however I got an immediate full refund right after writing this review, asking me twice for an update Unfortunately I cannot modify the number of stars because this is not how a customer service should work.

Nice screen, compact, clearly well made. Very happy and I especially like that it has it's own stand built in.

The resolution, refresh rate, brightness are great. The connectivity is perfect (only one wire needed in my setup, and the wire is even intelligently designed to be as hidden as possible).

Pricing is excellent!

The speakers are bad.. however in my case i don't need speakers at all.

I've bought 2. 1 for work, 1 personal. Both was received in 3 days as promised!

The bag is a great addon. It's soft, and doesn't provide any protection for the display, but it keeps dust away, and the screen clean!

You need your mac/pc to be powered to run at 100% brightness, but can run at 70% without which is just as bright as any normal monitor!

Also the fold-out stand works perfectly.. You can easily use landscape or portrait! Less possible to control tilt in portrait, but for my taste it has the perfect tilt!

I can't speak for durability as i just used it for one week.

Bought a A1 15.6 monitor directly. The item was delivered fast and is working fine. Great little addition to my main 27" monitor.

The picture looks cloudy when connected to the switch 2 via hdmi connection.

I thought your customer service was very minimal in their communication

Purchased a Arzopa P101W 2 years ago via Amazon. The screen quality is ok and apart from occasional glitches worked ok. Today it's stuck on the "Arzopa" splash screen and won't load the Frameo software. I tried the various resets and non worked. The Android service menu shows it's looking for an external SD card which isn't there so it gives a "E:Failed to mount ext sd (no such device) Suport API 3
I even tried a full reset to no avail. Looks like I'll need to update via SD card but Arzopa dont allow public downloads of the reuqired image! Many users also suffer when trying to get support!Definitely avoid!
***Edit 21/6/26. I reached out to Arzopa support and they've been really helpful with finding a resolution. I will update the review score once the issue is fully resolved

Just received it a few days ago, only used a little so far. It was a gift for my wife to help her save her family/children pictures somewhere besides her over-used phone. Was fairly easy to get set up and send a few pics to the frame. Default display is 60 seconds per picture which seems long, and have not found a way to adjust that setting. Have not really had a whole lot of time to use the frame that much,(thus the rating) but we did unplug it because it seems it would randomly turn itself on, which was getting creepy. Overall we think it is a good product, cool feature is my wife's grown kids can send pics right to the frame, which is exciting for her with a grandchild on the way.
